It had a lot of noise , because of the events happening next to my room. It was very difficult to communicate because of the barricade of the language. The room was very cold.

The quality of the room, the size and the facilities. The personnel was friendly. It had parking place.

Be aware, it's a hotel and a hall events. The night when we arrived was an event that ended late into the night, so it was impossible to sleep. The inside walls are thin, I could hear the music and the people in the next room. Also, it was cold in the room, the heating wasn't turned on with 7 degres outside.

The hotel was clean, it had big rooms and the staff was friendly.

Too loudly in the corridor. Breakfast: eggs on a toast was served cold with half-frozen salmon. But cottage cheese pancakes was awesome!

All is ok. Could give 10 easily. 1 point I cut from breakfast. No, it was really tasty, and breakfast hall is like a top notch restaurant. But from menu, you can choose only one dish. For some, it is enough, for some may not be. But still, it is good to have, no complaints.

Just want to say wow... I stayed in many hotels, in many different countries, but this hotel really shocked me with its luxury but also comfy design. In such a small city, such beauty was a pleasant surprise. If you are in Balti, no need to look anywhere else.

Just one unpleasant thing - the room was not quiet. During the first night someone outside switch on the loud music at 2:30 AM! And we could hear all that dull repertoire in an hour or two.

Good location. Breakfast was always homemade, served just in time with good variety of local dishes - just great! We travelled by motorcycles and hotel staff proposed us a small garage - very convenient because the weather was rainy. Hotel owner Alexandra gave us many useful tips of places worth visiting. Thanks again!

Outside were 12 degree, heating was stopped. So I paid 100 EURO to stay in a very nice hotel and freeze inside the room at 17 degree.

No one spoke English in the hotel. There was a very loud bar in the hotel and the music was ending at midnight. You can't rest or sleep with that music sound.

Room Bad sound isolation from other rooms, so bad that you can hear the vibration of the phone on the table in the number next to you, also you can even understand what they are talking about also if they are watching TV so you will hear as well. Food Very small breakfast, so you will be hungry soon. Only one blanked and it was too small for two people

as other reviewers have mentioned, sometimes in the evenings they host parties in the event rooms and since the whole sound isolation of the building is poor, you basically have the party in your room! I was lucky to have ear buds so I could sleep.. yes, the twin beds are very narrow( as other reviewers mentioned) the breakfast is ok, nothing special - you need to chose 2 options from the menu. considering the noise, I would definitely not stay there anymore.

It's very bad. This is not the hotel for a comfy stay, from the whole of my stay I had 0.5 quiet nigh. 1. Soundproofing is not existent in this hotel. Walls must be made from paper. I've heard everything and everyone. This is a wedding hotel, so every night I was listening to 3 weddings, above me, below me and next to me. And it is very loud. When there is no wedding, there is a birthday party, you can hear it too. When there is no wedding or birthday, there is a neighbour listening to the music in the room, and you can hear it. If there is nothing of the above happening, there is a catch there is a music constantly playing in the corridor and no one bothered to turn it off, even after we asked for this. Plus, girls from accounting who is chatting the whole day loudly with no consideration for the guest. And guess what, one day we also hear the director, who was standing and shouting loudly in the corridor. THIS IS NOT a QUITE hotel. One night i heard a stray of dogs killing each other at 4.20am. 2. Service, they are trying but not succeeding. The safe was not working, and we will spend 10 min before leaving the room trying to close it. The phone in the room was not working. The bathroom is not thought through, so after every shower there is a flooding. We ordered breakfast to our newly-wed room from evening, but they just forgot about it and "was waiting for our call" even so we asked it to be delivered at 9.15, but we only got it at 9.47, so we were late because of it. Irons were not working in our room (the water just rushed out of it), in the newly-wed room and in our friend's room. I needed to iron my suit for the wedding, but they didn't have any other irons, so I have to by the new one for 70£, in the nearby shop. 3. Cleanness, the floor was sooo dirty, my socks would stain in 10 min. Our newly-weds saw the cockroaches on the table with a manages, and she asked them not to kill it. Please avoid this horrible place.

For Balti, the design of the hotel is very modern and good. The rooms is spacious. Girls at reception were nice, but under trained. They landed me steamer for wedding dress of our bride, but only in the service room, cause you are not allowed to take it out.

reception it was really bad, needs a lot of improvement, unqualified people at it! Maybe it is worth for some courses regarding Desk reception! it is important because that’s it is the First impression.

There was a wedding on the same floor with the rooms and loud music and loud noise was even after midnight. The breakfast is a-la-carte and takes forever to be served. The single beds are very narrow. The room was very cold during night time and when I asked for heating the staff informed me that only if the room’s temperature is below 20.5 C, they will enable the heating. In the room were 20.6C, therefore I did not qualify for this luxury.

Great staff, amazing room which we didn't expect for Balti city. Staff was super friendly and professional and we enjoyed every day spent at the hotel. Will return back for sure and will recommend to my friends.
