I cant think of a single thing that was even a little bit unhappy about. The riad, staff and location was perfect.

The staff was the highlight of the stay- especially Ayuba and Doha. I felt very safe and if I needed any help it would be readily available. The entire staff there are the best and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very flexible on what time they would prepare it for me. My room was clean and I loved that I could just step onto the rooftop. I appreciated the air-con which was not loud which helped for a comfortable evening. The location of the Riad was great too because it's a 5-minute walk into the Souk which takes you into the square. Ayuba was very helpful with directions and I was given the manager's phone number which I could call if I ever had any problems (I did not but it was nice to have just in case). I can't believe how cheap the Riad was for the standard of comfort and service. I can not recommend this Riad enough and I know that when I return I will be happy to stay there again. Safe location for lone travelers and families alike.

A cloudy day and full riad can mean there's not always hot water but it's warm enough to cope!

Everything! Staff really made this a fantastic stay - particularly the lovely Doha and Ayoub who couldn't do enough for me and were wonderful to chat to. Lovely comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Easy walking distance of everything - 10 mins to Jardin Majorelle, restaurants nearby. Staff can arrange anything for you - trips, taxis, hammam.

Riad Konouz is absolutely magical! The photos really do not do this gorgeous sanctuary in the center of Marrakech justice. The place is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are little pieces of art, the staff feel like a welcoming family. Worth every penny.

This family-run riad was beautiful, and well-located, on a quiet side street only a short walk away from endless restaurants, shops etc. There was a parking lot nearby, within the medina, where we were able to be dropped off, instead of having to walk with luggage through the streets, as we did in other cities. Jemaa el-Fnaa was a twenty minute walk from the riad. We were three adults in a family suite, which had a double bed and two single beds. It was spacious and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfasts were traditional, fresh and tasty. There were water shortages in the city on two of the days during our stay, and the riad provided us with bottles of water for washing etc. The room had an air conditioner. There was daily housekeeping in the mornings.

Excellent location. Near Medina only 10 min walk. Duha were excellent. She was like my wife's elder sister... Felt like family. Stayed three nights and excellent hospitality was provided. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good too.

The shower didn't have a cabin door so alot of the water fell out and also leaked out of the bathroom into the bedroom entrance and the small bathroom carpet was soaked.

The hosting family are very very friendly, sweet and helpful, they made me a very nice breakfast, kept my bags after checkout, ordered taxis for me, recommended nice spots.... I have a love hate relationship with the decoration/interior.

Mariya was an incredible host who went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and safe – especially after I faced a sudden accident! She was so kind in caring for me and making sure I was tended to. Furthermore, the room was extremely comfortable with an incredible breakfast. I would most definitely return here!

Perfect location, beautiful interiour designed rihad with kind, helpful people. Due to its location, we had a nice rest from the buzzing centre. Everything is in walking distance, we didn't have to use a taxi at all. Big variety of very tasty food for breakfast. The rooftop terrace is a big bonus.
