Very expensive, both the room and the nobu restaurant. The prices are like in London, but in Morocco, I think it should be cheaper. The roof top pool is not actually for swimming but more to be seen and social media.

After staying 4 different Riats in different cities, Nobu was like heaven. What I saw is, Marocco's general Hygyene standarts are quite low. Therefore we decided to stay at an international and high quality hotel for our last evening in Morocco, although it was very expensive in Moroccon standarts. Very spacious room, with balcony, very clean, puffy pillows and snow white blankets. Nice bathroom with good amenities Very welcoming staff Good food at the Nobu restaurant Breakfast is in international standarts. Roof top bar is lovely at sunset we also used the indoor pool, which was very good.

I mean it's Nobu, but even from the rooms, I could hear the rooftop music and the dj playing. If somehow, the sound could be cut off better, it would have also been nice to enjoy some peace from our rooms.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was live music played by a local person with a traditional guitar. It was perfect - not too loud, not too quiet. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. Just outside the old city medina, so it was perfect to walk to the medina, but also enjoy the quietness of the new city.

The Deluxe Junior Suite allocated was at the far end of the 3rd floor. Currently construction work next door is going on. Had a very disturbed sleep due to truck movement and construction noise till very late hours. The hotel management was courteous enough to give us a complementary drop-off at check-out. Not a good value of money with noise issue.

Beautiful hotel with top notch facilities. The rooftop bar and pool was the highlight of our stay !!! Great Breakfast and the deluxe Junior suite was very spacious and beautifully done.

Roof top garden service could be slow at times

Great location, very comfortable room, classy communal areas. Staff were exceptional - very friendly and couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Roof top garden very cool/trendy especially for Instagram users. Breakfast was superb.

One problem is the constant house music coming from upstairs roof top and pool area. If you dont like house music then not for you.

Slightly Noisy from the roof bar and nightclub but that’s to be expected of you want this tho of place. Very nice helpful staff throughout but super slow services with drinks and food orders on the roof Terace despite a multitude of attentive staff.

Amazing hotel in great area in Marrakech, close to many restaurants / bars. Staff was very helpfull. We had to change our room and a special thank to Ms Koutar (Relationship Manager) who provide us the best client experience. I will be happy to go back there for my next Marrakech trips.

Inconsistent. We had evening treats at turn down for the first two nights and then the final two nights nothing. The room had very little view for the time we chose to stay (4 nights). Thought we would have a better view for longer stay. The bathroom appeared older and water pressure from the showerhead, you don’t need to hold was very poor, the temperature of the water fluctuated. They came and change the tap that had no heat control, but the same issue was present in the main shower head. Most staff were friendly, senior staff members kept greeting us as if we were new guests every time when we had been there for four days, making the experience at the hotel a little less personable. The wait for coffee and condiments at breakfast was slow. Food was good largely but expected more from a Nobu. The gym facilities were okay, but a little dated. The entrance water feature was empty when we arrived. Don’t come to this hotel if you want to avoid being photographed. There were people walking around with blogging, cameras and having a photo shoot on the roof top. Quite distracting and frustrating.

Nice feel to the property. The outside entrance was presented well and there were smiling staff.

Although staff at rooftop bar and dining facilities were very helpful/accommodating they sometimes seemed to be slow in serving. Also staff on guest relations were unhelpful in assisting with printing out correspondence required for flights.

The pillows were terrible. They also did not leave enough water each day. You had to ask for it. We stayed here when the earthquake happened and fortunately no one was injured. However, there was no emergency plan or protocol. The staff did not take charge and people just looked at each other with not knowing what to do. It is also fairly expensive.

It’s a fairly new property. So the hotel still looks new. The location is also pretty good. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of variety.
