To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIn the bathroom & bedroom because of the attic beams I couldn’t stand up near the window or to use the toilet. The room would be unsuitable if you were very tall. I’m 165 cms. The staff were helpful but a smile would be good.
The hotel is located in the Old Town which was great for walking around & visiting all the attractions. A good selection at breakfast. And I liked the view over the city from my attic window.

EstoniaRoom looks like in the hospital a bit. But is clean. It was hot outside and had to keep the windows open the whole night. There is some restaurant with live music nearby and could not fall asleep before 22.30-23.00. The curtains were too little to cover the whole window, so from 5AM I was basically awake because it got too light.
Location is very good, in the middle of the city, everything is in the walking distance. Breakfast was OK.

United KingdomStreet facing rooms are exceptionally noisy until the early morning hours. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and had to request an additional pillow. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is well placed - bring earplugs if you value your sleep!

PolandOne disadvantage was the noisy bar on the other side of the street, open till late every day, with loud guests - but, well, hotel cannot help it probably and we were in Riga at the beginning of May, when there was holiday in Latvia too, so everyone was enjoying their time off.
