The Hostel is close to the lake and clean , with an easy parking in front of the building. Breakfast was good and included. I was there for a fishing weekend and it was a perfect stay

Although it is a hostel, it did not really have the hostel vibe to really meet people. Maybe it was the time of the year, but around 10 pm the whole place was complete quiet. There are no curtains in the rooms. Dinner is a bit unusual with a menu you can order, or order a la carte, but this menu is only shown on a wall.

Nice and modern place! Facilities next to the beds are good. Beds are okay. The location is of course the primary benefit of this hostel. You can do alot of the Mullertall trail starting from this place!

The good location: a 10 minute walk from the Gare Central in Echternach. Nice dinner in the evening. Clean rooms with toilet and shower. Very friendly staff. I had the room to myself for 3 nights.

There was something with beds, structure didn't hold too well, so the the lowest floor kind of "felt in" 3 times until I understood how to fix it. And it was already night, so noone was at reception anymore or any maintenance person.

Staff was really friendly, the place was modern and kept well. Breakfast was great. Really the place that you'd like to stay at.

We stayed for one night. The beds were small but comfy, cleanliness was good. Breakfast was kind of simple, but tasty. Overall a good place to stay for a night when you're on the road or hiking in the area.

The wifi in rooms was very patchy... I still do not understand how to order off the a la carte menu I miss the ability to prepare my own food but 100% understand what is great about the set-up as is. You know when you book that you'll not be able to cook. Still a grwat bargain

I understand that Youth Hostel is sustainability place, but the hallway and stairs leading to the rooms are very dark at night. Maybe a lamp with human energy can be the solution. The shower gave off a lot of water and was a little too much for a small bathroom. Besides, there was no mat in the room, so after taking a shower, the floor of the room gets a bit wet.

Good location, friendly & really informative staffs, free parking, simple breakfast, nice view! If you plan to go on Mullerthal Trail, they provide great recommendation, info & map (€4) that you can rely on.

It would be nice to have access to the kitchen without the need to pay for the meal (lunch or dinner), just to use a kettle and a bowl, if you have your own things to eat...

Loved the location: it's on the lakeside, and you can reach nice places walking! Liked the room: I booked a female dorm room, and it was a 3 beds room! Wasn't expecting it, I really appreciated it. Loved the INCLUDED BREAKFAST, really good, with yogurt and muesli, cheese and ham, jam and chocolate spread, bread, milk, coffee, orange juice!!! The staff was really nice, and spoke perfect English. They let me storage my luggage half a day in the reception after I checked out, so grateful.

There was some mould in the bathroom but apart from that it was clean and the shower was good.. No curtains in the rooms.

I would have liked fresh fruit for breakfast The vegetarian option for dinner was starch heavy and vegetable light - a sad attempt at salad was made but in 2022 I expect a slightly more exciting vegie option

The staff were excellent and helpful Breakfast was sufficient. Rolls were yummy and fresh. I liked the way the beds had their individual lights and small storage cubbies - the ned set up made sure the lights were private and caused little bother to toher room mates I liked private facilities for the room.

We woke up during the night because of the light in the hall of the room that turns on suddenly and quite strong. And there were quite a lot of flies at the breakfast, even in october.

We enjoyed the good beds, clean sanitary and good breakfast. It's a nice modern hostel on a beautiful location!
