A truly delightful stay! I had a room upgrade, and the room was good. The Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal exceeded expectations with its views, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway and a convenient city break.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, plenty of bus stops nearby and the bus to the airport picked us up from just outside the hotel.

Everything was nice. Indeed perfect view for old town, 5-7 min walk distance to downtown,very clean. So good 5 star service. Restaurant in the 8th floor very calm and cozy either for the breakfast or for the dinner. The only thing I missed, it was an information about how and where to park I found out it in advance myself. There are big underground extrapaied parking “Indigo” (Approx 30 € /per 1 day) And also you can leave your car key in the reception and they will park your car them self. But would be nice to know about this parking option in advance before you arrive there. However, that was definitely great hotel choice!

Vera nice hotel, with a good bar and a view from the restaurant. It's not exactly in the center, but as the city is small you can still walk anywhere.

The layout of the room is slightly inefficient with the shower cabin kind of in the way. Gym was good but only had 1 of each machine so if someone was using the treadmill, you can’t use it. The wifi in the corner room is not good but the staff helped us change our room immediately.

Location was great, on the edge of the city center, walking distance to the city centre. Room was spacious. View was lovely with a big window for natural light. Shower amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion) provided were good quality. Had a working desk. Staff were amazing! We got a sleepy time tea and slippers set next to the bed each night - nice touch!

The AC never got cooler. It wasn’t hot but could have been cooler and changing the thermostat did not change the room temperature. Parking was not convenient. I wish the room service and bar menu had better food choices.

The breakfast spread was very good and the view at the restaurant was amazing! The serving staff at the restaurant and staff at the hotel were friendly and hospitable. We had such a great quiet room with a view, thank you to the staff (we didn't get his name) for giving us such a nice room. The location was ideal to walk to the city centre and it was a plus point to have a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Sofitel very much and would definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Luxembourg next time.

Location was a good hike into the town centre, this was our first stay in Luxembourg, and hadn’t realised how hilly the city is.

Spacious modern rooms , great WiFi, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast selection and a great panoramic restaurant to enjoy the views of the city, whilst eating your breakfast.

The staff in the restaurant were very understaffed and tried their hardest to serve all customers. We were lucky to eat earlier but a few more staff would’ve made all the difference to what was a wonderful meal.

Location was superb and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are delightful and the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept on. Loved it. Breakfast was superb and highly recommended
