If I had to pick something I would say all of the steps within my room, particularly those between the bedroom and bath. Difficult to navigate during the night.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is impeccably maintained! The rooms are a bit unusual - lots of steps - but that adds to the experience! The best part about the hotel is the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful! I HIGHLY recommend!

Parking is a bit outside of the area, maybe 5-7 minutes walk, but if you are checking in/out during day time - front office will be able to help you to pick up/drop off your car from/to the parking lot themselves for a separate fee.

First of all, Luxembourg city is a complete love from the first site! And this hotel in the very heart of walking tourists area in old city part - was the best decision of whole trip. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning, you would enjoy both interesting views in the bars and restaurants and in the rooms as well. Though the hotel itself is relatively small, and you should get through corridors and minimalistic halls to different parts of the hotel, it is still very cozy and sweet. As it was my birthday, my husband ordered a romantic greeting for our room with flowers, champagne and candles. It was lovely :) I would like to separately thank the front office manager Mr. Thibault who was super friendly and welcoming, taking care of our short stay in all respects. Just amazing hotel!!! Location was perfect, in historical center! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was just wonderful, very big and beautiful and clean! The hotel is located in old building, so you will feel like you are staying in a castle)) Literally in love with that hotel! The restaurant and bar were good as well. The tastiest omelet for my breakfast))) Just want to thanks one more time for warm welcome and wonderful stay! Thank you!

Would have loved to have coffee making option in the room but room service was very responsive and we were able to get coffee from them once and once at a small cafe we had eaten dinner at right next door!

Great location and very comfortable room and bed. Hotel restaurant was pricey and much more fancy than we were looking for but great location near many other affordable and casual options!

On this occasion, I booked a junior suite but did not particularly care for this particular offering (room 10) due to the split level nature of the room, with rather difficult stairs to manoeuvre.

I have stayed here many times each year for the last 15 years so I think that says it all.
