Location is very good, close to the station and easy to find. We had our dog with us and he was welcomed, and required no fee which was amazing! The breakfast was not a big one, but in my opinion enough until breakfast. The hotel has also it's own restaurant in case there is nothing interesting around.

No easy access to reception for luggage carrying guests - steps only. No lift - not great to carry bags to the 2nd floor. Reception did help on arrival but could be a problem if at a busy time.

Great hotel with an amazing chef. The dinner menu was beyond our expectations.

Our room was like a little box with the double bed against the wall so that we had to climb over each other to get in and out....the shower room was like a broom cupboard... you had to leave the door open when using the washbasin ...not good for 2 people over 80.....

The location was very good right overlooking the Mosel....the breakfast was good with a varied choice to suit most tastes

we chose a room with balcony overlooking the river- the sun was off the balcony after 2pm, big plus on 30 plus day. Bikes safe in garage. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

The hotel is good located with a big parking near by, the hotel hasn't been renovated in a very very long time but it's just to sleep in one night so it was ok for me. The staff was friendly and polite and the breakfast was good and various. If i had to book it again i would do it, especially because it is very well located.

There was a slight problem with the pressure of the flush in the toilet which was most of the time insufficient for the draining of the bowl. The breakfast is continental (no hot dishes), with cold ham, salami, cheese, however a little bit short, no croissants or pastries only bread rolls. Excellent coffee.

Very nice location, room with balcony (shared balcony) overlooking the avenue and promenade along the Mosel. Very kind staff. Free parking with disc along the avenue, and a pay parking lot just across the avenue in front of the hotel.

The room was stuffy and had a bad smell. It was very outdated to include the bedding and uncomfortable bed. It was loud and not very clean.

Breakfast was lovely and the location is great. The bathroom was spacious for a European hotel and the staff is friendly.

Parking is difficult on busy weekends. Free but street parking only, and often very hard to find a spot. As in many European tourist hotels and restaurants, the staff can be stretched very thin. Noise can be a problem if it’s warm and you want to have the windows open.

Great location, good (though expensive) restaurant, great views from the first floor rooms across the street to the Mosel river. Great walking and biking area. Rental bikes available nearby.

Difficult to find a parking spot, as there was a food festival happening in front of the hotel and all public parking spots were taken. We had to wait quite a bit for a car to leave to obtain a spot. No airco in room and no ventilation in bathroom made the room quite hot and humid in August. We opened a window but had some noise from outside, even some people playing hardcore music from their car and shouting along in the middle of the night. We picked a bigger size room with balcony, but it wasn't that spacious, so I'm glad we didn't book one of those smaller rooms. Staff didn't respond to my messages in advance about us bringing our dog, but eventually seemed fine.

Dog friendly, close to river to go for a walk, breakfast was fine, room had a balcony. There is a terrace to enjoy drinks, food, icecream in the evening with a view of the river. Okay to stay for one night as we were on our way from The Netherlands via Luxembourg to Switzerland.

The rooms are pretty dated and could use a refresh of bedding and linen.

The staff were tremendous. We especially liked how helpful the young lady serving our breakfast was. She went above and beyond to make us feel very important.
