We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The B&B is located in the centre of Vianden. 7 min walking from free parking spot and 3 mins from restaurants. The owners are very kind and helpful, they gave us all the useful information and recommendations. The room itself was clean and big, the beds super comfortable. There is a fridge available so you can put your food there. Highly recommended!

Each time we needed their help, they were more than happy to help us and they answered all our questions regarding our stay, the town and Luxemburg in general. The room was very clean and nicely renovated. We also liked the breakfast, was quite complete. Julien and Maika made our stay a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, beautiful windows. The people running the property are very thoughtful: as it had been extremely hot weather the curtains were kept close the day of our arrival as to prevent the room heating up too much. We were offered a kettle for our room which was perfect as we drink lots of tea. Breakfast had a lot of variety and again, the owners of this place are incredibly attentive and helpful.

First of all, the owner called me the next day I booked, explained the corona rules in their region, also offered to arrange a parking ticket that we can park near the hotel (only 9 euro for 3 days stay). And also on the day of arrival he was checking that we know the way, ensure that the room meets our expectation. We never had such helpful and caring owner!! Room is very big, you have eveyrthing there, very clean. Locaton is also great, near the castle. We are very happy that we chose this hotel.
