We didn’t particulary like our dinner at Sunrice restaurant, as the food was very average, especially concidering the vibe of the resort one would expect more. The menus at other restaurants/bars offered at the resort might need a bit of sproucing up as well. It would truly elevate overall experience, especially considering longer stays.

Deluxe room was spacious, as was the bathroom (new wing). Everything was clean, nice view to the lake. Staff is polite and helpful, we were very pleased with a possibility to have a late check-out and enjoy a lovely Sunday brunch buffet there as well. We have also enjoyed several hours at Vitality SPA .

i stay quite frequent in this hotel while moving by car between countries for duty or from duty. this time i had quite loud neibhours and rooms have poor sound insulation, but reception figured it out and found me better room, where i could finally sleep not listeting to talks :D Breakfast, spa etc as always very good. Rooms towards lakes will give opportunity to have a nice frog concert during night, i have enjoyed it very much. i like nature and if possible, get rooms towards lakes and open windows for night :)

Breakfast wasn't tasty at all, even though, choice was quiet big, egg omelet was completely tasteless. Juices tasted like it was made out of powder. There was no slippers for the spa in the room. Next door "neighbors" had 2 massive dogs (German Shepherds) in the balcony literally next to ours, one wooden plank away, and they were scaring our little girl.

Beautiful view out of balcony. Comfy bed and overall room was comfortable with a child. Staff was friendly and helpful. During night was quiet and pleasant. Overall price and quality did meet expectations.

Was a bit dificult to find Asian restaurant with no signs.

We booked room in the new building, It was clean, spacious with nice view. Also we received small cake because we was celebrating my birthday. It was very lovely.

Keeping the room was very loud this time and very hot during the night. TV did not turn on as the remote and TV were different brands.

Everything. The only thing I wish they would have is kids meniu (meal with no salt, sugar I mean, as example oats without salt and etc). Overall the place and customer service exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Just that you can not be sure when a season for all seasonal restaurants and entertainments will start and if all this places are the same at any other time of the year

Every detail was thought about within your needs wile taking a shower at spa, going from room to it or anything else that we encountered there. Travel to the place from Vilnius not long and comfy, personal are good and polite, all places clean as much as they can be for an old building. Not a perfect place, need some renovation, but for this room class and this price, everything was amazing

There was no possibility to check how much time did I spend at the spa and I had to go and find out at the reception desk. The restaurant service was terrible. I had to go to the bar myself and remind them about our orderю

Beautiful view from the room and peace with nature. It will be amazing here in the summer. Relaxing SPA center with different features. Tasty breakfast with a huge variety of dishes.

What was useful to know that there are two different blocks of the hotel. So don't make the mistake when booking. We stayed in the new block that felt cosy, tidy and spacious. I personally wouldn't want to stay in the old block as it is so grand and "cold." We had dinner at the Asian restaurant and that was just ok, not perfect. Asian rice was served with finely chopped vegetables which didn't make for a dish but for a side dish maybe. Other food in the restaurant was great. Breakfast was good. We would definitely come back for the quality of the SPA and the rooms.

Spa facilities were great, massage was mediocre at best. Stayed in the deluxe part of the hotel and the rooms and bed were massive.

Bigger towel when going in to spa, not hand towel for whole body. You should give two towels, not one, because by the rules you need one in sauna, but after sauna towel is useless for drying your body after shower.

The main part of the hotel and restaurant do need renovation. Many points that make you ask yourself if it is really a 4 star hotel as it used to be about 20 years ago.

Area outside the city is very big and gives you a feeling you ran away from everyday intense rhythm. The room was very spacious and lake view was just great. SPA area and breakfast were ok.
