Not a fan of the coffee, but two doors up was the solution to this problem, coffee to die for, so a low was solved with a high!

Excellent location in centre of old Vilnius, walking distance of everything. Taxi about 10 euros from airport. Staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Excellent rooms. Spa was absolutely amazing, lovely pool, steam and sauna. Massage available if wanted. Much recommended.

Half of the personal barely speaks English. No way to control climate in the room yourself it was too hot to sleep. Parking is a backyard with very limited spots. Arriving at 15:00 (start of check-in) we took the last space, if parking is crucial, this could be a bumer since no way to pre book the spot. Minibar rediciously overpriced, around x4 from local market that is 200 m from the hotel

It would have been lovely to have had a coffee machine or kettle in the room. Ideally - the pool would be bigger but I realise that you cant sort this easily!!

Pictures of the hotel a bit misleading - they show rooms with double vanity in the bathroom, when in fact it is single. No bidet in the bathroom. Maybe there is not enough space, but even small shower-bidet would help a lot. The sign in the elevator on the lowest button says "Restaurant", the elevator really takes you to the lowest level, but there is no restaurant. There is breakfast hall. The restaurant is one level above, on the entrance floor. So first you are going down, then make your discovery, and then have to go up - if you wish to go to the restaurant. These are small "don't likes", even with them Narutis is great. But without them the hotel would be much better.

Location is the best, right in the meeting point of Piles gatve and Šv.Jono, looking at the cathedral. Lobby is very nice, with Victorian-like decoration. Check in and check out is excellent, fast and smooth. Elevator is a bit slowpoke, just press the button a bit longer than you used to. Room 314 - very nice decoration, comfort and calming. View - Sts.Johns Cathedral. Bed just perfect, for good and comfortable sleep. Restaurant is excellent. SPA is cozy, comfortable, cute. Stuff is friendly, helpful, service minded, professional. I would say that this hotel is full of harmony and feng shui. Great value for your money. I certainly recommend Narutis, and will choose it for my next trip to Vilnius. Thanks to the Hotel stuff for our great stay.

Some members of room service didn't speak neither English nor Lithuanian but that didn't pose many problems for us.

Our family loved everything from location, room and spa to the amazing staff, attention to detail and of course lovely hot breakfast. Our children were made welcome and the hotel provided a baby cot and highchairs which made the stay comfortable.

Parking is free but a bit difficult to access.

Breakfast is perfect with delicious food and a beautiful environment in the basement. The room is wide and comfy.

The Spa equipment wasn't working properly. There no choice of other vegetable milk that Soya milk.

It was really nice staying for us. Good hotel location - you can reach all old town in few minutes on foot. Personnel was really helpful. Room was cosy. Our plan was to stay for one night, but because of cosynes we took second night.
