Perfect location, central and walkable to sights and restaurants. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room, beautiful spacious, comfortable, quite warm, probably didn't work airconditioning correctly! mattress maybe time to be replaced! Breakfast, delicious, wonderful variety, superb service and setting. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, would return.

Swimming pool water was too cold and too much chlorine as it seemed to me. Stuff is very friendly, but I was really surprised when chambermaid entered my room without knocking and I was just after taking shower. It isn’t acceptable in any hotel not taking into consideration 5 star hotel? No one even apologised to me for this incident after I informed administrator 🤣. I was really disappointed to be honest. But who knows- maybe in this property they don’t consider privacy of customers- in the end personnel is at their place, I was only a guest 😊.

everything’s amazing and the staff the very best:: each person was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond for my comfort. Andrius was able to take time to help me with my airline problems, directions, and lots of sightseeing advice... super helpful and kind. The breakfast was really good, too, but the best thing is the perfect location. All the property, from my spacious room to the games room and terrace and more. An entire spa area reserved for me alone! This is great value for pure luxury in a relaxed and beautiful hotel.

The room we had was really comfortable and nice, however would have been great to get the same vibe of the hotel in the rooms as well. But May be this is because of the room available/allocated. Next time, would want to go for the room overlooking the courtyard and with some artistic touches and character like the hotel has it overall.

Everything was top notch. The hotel is intimate and gracious with huge rooms and bathrooms. The beds are ultra-comfortable. The staff is friendly and very, very professional. One feels pampered. The breakfast is outstanding.

Lovely hotel that belongs to the family, you can feel this personal touch in every corner and everything they do. Location is perfect to relax and for us was close to the concert Filharmonija concert hall. All questions I had sorted by Vytas, he was very kind and I must say he is a credit to the hotel.

Beautifully furnished hotel full of character. One of the best quality and choice of breakfast I have known. Staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. Room was great with comfy bed and character. The sauna was a delight and private for 2-4 people with lovely furnishings and a roman feel to it.

No complaints

This hotel is elegant, attractive and historical, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Everyone is fully conversant in English as are most of the people of Vilnius. We are especially grateful for the guidance, suggestions and touring arrangements from Andrius who is the face of the hotel much of the time. The property is filled with pieces from the owner’s excellent art collection.
