I wish the beds were double rather than single, I would have preferred a large double bed for a romantic getaway but that's the only thing :)

My stay at the hotel in Nida was amazing, and I regretted that it was so short. The spa facilities were incredible, with a great jacuzzi and three saunas to choose from, along with a pleasant swimming pool. The spa area was so fantastic that one could easily spend the whole day there; it's one of the best hotel spas I've experienced. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

No parking, Only 3 parking spaces for all hotel. Was only one bedroom for 4 people, other room was sitting room with sofa bed, not comfortable at all. Disappointed

I didn’t like the restaurant, it’s not cosy. Breakfast can be better (used to better some time ago!).

Corner room is a bit colder, corner curtains are tricky/hard to slide, pillow sheets need to be replaced with new ones as they already got bubbles

Parking situation. Not even a space to stop to unload the car. The dedicated parking that says people can stay for 30 mins to u load clearly taken for much longer time by guests

The only problem could be parking during peak season, as the hotel only has few parking spots for guests. In winter we had no issues.

Unfortunately, the most powerful swim jet at the end of the pool was not working. Unfortunately, cold water dumping on the head was not working too. It is not exactly clear at what point the steam sauna turns on. According to approximate observations, it seems that steam is blown once an hour and after 20 minutes it has already disappeared. Here, it would be very good if there was some information on the sauna door at which times the steam will be blown.

The hotel is very good, tasteful, everything is clean, quiet. Very good breakfast. There are relatively few people in the SPA area, which allows you to enjoy it peacefully and quietly.

We must admit that the staff in the restaurant was unconfortable. Manority of the staff seemed annoyed for no reason and not helpful which made our trip uncomfortable and strange (at the restaurant), however some (at reception) were great! Prices at the restaurant for dinner are not reasonable. Spa is small therefore you can always feel when it gets busy. We came for romantic trip but did not fully enjoy because it was very loud most of the time. We suggest to set hours with/without kids, maybe spa area could serve for only adults starting 8pm?

Great breakfast, perfect cleanliness. It would be great to have more pool chairs, as there are only three and there's always more people than that.
