Great pool area. Just not used po pay additional payment for sauna and steam sauna. If you book hotel with pool - you expect that this willbe included. Raise booking fee but include sauna pls.

Noice isolation is not the greatest.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. Spa place and breakfast were amazing. Hotel has a big property outside with animals and folk museum where you can buy some cheeses and beer. Also, there is kid corner inside the hotel so this place is ideal for families.

Very nice place ,very good location. A lot to see around.

Everything was very good apart sound isolation.Rooms is very noisy.You can hear every noise next door.Nabour walking to toilets and bad snoring even talks .Some staff on hotel reception not very friendly.They need at least say hello when client walking past them.

Some of the staff did not pay attention at you until you have to beg for this attention, which makes huge contrast for all atmosphere around.

All premises looks like someone take care of them with huge love and dedication. This is really makes your stay pleasant.

Everything was so great, a lot to do, a pool, playground, tenis court, basketball, football, jumpoline, museum, deers, goats, pony, donkey, lama just around. Few minutes by the corner old cars museum, 15 km away Kirkilu parkas with a lot entertainment. Liked a lot, will definately come back :)

Type of music at the bar / restaurant. Main reception is at the bar counter (strange choice). Dinner is cheap but I would not put strawberries in a salad with shrimps.

Small family room with low ceilings, expensive breakfast (wasn’t so good). We were traveling during low season, hotel asked us to book dinner in advance and that made us feel stressed about arrival time (we arrived some 15min later and stuff was already waiting for us).

There are a lot of things to do - several outdoor activities, great inside pool area with large windows.

Room wasn’t very comfortable, we were 4 in one room, we lacked basic comfort where to put things in a rooom and bathroom. Also smell from swiming pool was very strong in all building.

Location, activities, great for children. Etno village with live animals and traditional housing was amazing.

When you come to rest, you want everything to be simple, but everything had to be planned in advance. Lunch and dinner had to be ordered in advance. Saunas by the pool had to be booked in advance separately at a separate price. I would like to have one price for the service. Now there was a separate price for the room, for breakfast, for saunas. Breakfast option - I would have liked more choice, the menu would be more suitable for a snack bar than for breakfast (lack of fresh vegetable selection, cheese and sausage selection would be more suitable for beer snacks).

Breakfast options - there was a possibility to choose a meal from menu for 10 EUR per person, we thought it a bit expensive ,as we were travelling with 3 children.

The whole territory of the hotel was very nice, there was so much to do. The spa was very nice, clean and spacious and included in the cost of the room. We were the only guests in spa that night. The whole hotel area was nice - there was an animal garden - deers, alpakas, etc. There was a museum and playground on the territory of the hotel. The personnel was very helpful, made us feel very cosy and like at home. It was a very nice place to stay with children.

Would be great to have a/c in every room not only in Junior suite. Though we’ve gotten big air fan so actually it was pretty good solution.

We were here for the second time already and liked here everything. This unique place is worth every single euro you spend on it. The staff responds within seconds to every possible question/request. Highly recommend!
