Pay a lot for a room, but no access to restaurant due a lack of tables. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere so no other option to go out.

do not left soaps and shampoons for 2 persons. both days. it was left just for 1. even after claim. not fully cleaned room.

Everything is very old fashioned. Repetitive music in lobby and spa spaces. Wasn't very enjoyable. There's not much to do besides all the spa and the pool. Restaurant has a 5 stars but the music inside isn't pleasant - SPOTIFY with adds??? And while you're eating flies are flying above your head. The resort vibe is not for the youth.

Spa was kinda good. Food definitely just Gastrobar "SAMANA". The breakfast buffet really has a wide selection. Kinda friendly personal.

Gastropubs menu was very small and still didn’t have quite a bit of the items. couldn’t even get extra carrots with the meal. staff from the main restaurant were quite ignorant, couldn’t accommodate a simple request like a plain pancake or bowl of porridge. when requested a turn down service we were left with the used towels in the bathroom - they weren’t removed. electric cars for kids weren’t available (but they were available few months ago). overall it was a huge disappointment- great venue, great location but very poor management and staff aren’t acting as if it is a 5 star hotel.

Room was lacking a kettle, an iron. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, found a bunch of hair on the floor and in the bath tub. Staff wasn’t helpful at all and was rather rude. I also asked for an iron and they said they will bring it to the room, but they never brought it. Room was big but the interior wasn’t cozy. Bed was not comfortable at all, awful pillows. TV is rather useless, nothing works except youtube.

All staff need to speak English.. it’s a 5 star hotel, also any extras in the room that are paid for need to be clearly priced! Accidentally took face masks that were not free apparently, but how would your guests know that?

Huge territory with undeveloped infrastructure for walking, it seems they expect one to drive by car to reach grill restaurant or kids recreational area. Staff not so great - don't know things around, don't pick up phone when you call from a room, don't call back, nobody present in the spa area to let one in. Breakfast very mediocre.

the reception wasnt wow they cant speak english while we assume that they are 5 stars also the, i was surprised that they put coffee machine with out cups also when they tiddy the room they didnt put box of tissue.

Very overated price, has some unexplainable sounds in the room when using light. There is no light near the mirror in the bathroom, almost impossible to shave. The bathtub is extremely uncomfortable (looks like someone was trying to make it look luxurious, but in the end a big failure) Furniture and minibar old enough, there is no middle curtains in the room, so if you want to put the ligh up, you have to put the nigh ones for total darkness, otherwise, people from outside can see everything.

The saunas was ok.

Didn't liked the breakfast it was very limited choice. Room are definitely not 5* as they're stated, didn't even had tea or coffee in the rooms.
