As with many hotels, the mini-fridge was basically useless - it hardly cooled at all. Not good if you need to store medications, breast milk, formula, etc. Building is not entirely wheelchair/stroller accessible. Note that they contract out their laundry services and it takes a while, so they can't do laundry for you unless you're staying a little longer; however, there's a self-service laundromat a four minute walk away.

Great location, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Would stay again.

Person in the reception was missing when we arrived, some parts of the building needs renovation, i would not consider the selection of the breakfast as of 4 star hotel.

Location is great and building is still authentic. The size of the king room was also very nice as well as the view through the window. The hotel also has a spacious parking. We loved how comfortable were the beds!

Toilet water was running non stop from time to time, hot water was not hot enough - had to add boiled water from the electric kettle to stay in bath.

It appeared there was partially clogged wash basin drain, but who hadn't come across to this in one's lifetime? Light switching schematics in the room was very confusing. I had to light up entire bedroom at 3 AM in order to provide an AC power to bathroom light switch, while in search of #1 remedy.

Spacious, cozy room with all you need, including clean carpet and wooden furniture in the room makes your stay really great. Great contrast to other Lodges with cold Scandinavian touch of minimalism. Location is just great in very center of the city of Kaunas. Across the street there is a ... musical school so one can enjoy listening how diligent students are gaining skills on their blowing or string instruments. The restaurant is located at underground level and possibly underneath of other building. Quality of breakfast is great with wide selection available, including my favorite tuna salad with pickled onion strips, sun dried tomatoes and a sweet corn, all treated with splashes of Heinz light Mayo strokes. Do not forget a slim slice of Rye seeds bread.

I would have needed a late checkout option, but the staff told me that there were many bookings, so it was not possible. However I could temporarily store my luggage in a special room after check out, so it was fair enough for me.

The hotel is placed in an old building in the city center, 2 minutes from the pedestrian walk. Thus it's really close to the touristic area (old town). However it is a quiet place. The bed was really comfortable, so I could have a very good sleep each night. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast included quite the same things each day, but there were fairly enough meal choices.

Amazingly comfy bed, massive windows and great shower pressure. We also had a table and chairs in time room and a desk. Breakfast was great, loads of hot and cold options. Definitely something for everyone. Very close walk to the old town and 3 minutes walk from the bus to the airport

Private parking is rather hard to get in subjected to a barrier. It is said to call the reception to open the barrier but once you call, the reception desk is unable to reach. You have to go to the reception in person. It is a bit tedious and annoying.

Location is good, exactly at the city center, close to any restaurant and cafe. Breakfast is good .
