The room was Cold. İ called to ask command of Air conditions to reception. Someone came in with command,openned Air conditions but set up 20 degree asked her to increase degree ,she told me our room temperature is18 degree,its hot20 degreess...she left with command... Was freezed ..

- No wardrobe available in the room - It was a privat party in a restaurant, but no noisecin the room, what was nice. Untill when the "party" moved to inside yard just in front of the window in the midnight. - Due to the noise outside it was not possible to open the window. It was hot, and no conditionair remote controll was available in the room. - Swimming pool was included, but it was not available due to cleaning maintenance pn Sunday morning

In the morning the sauna was not hot, it was on and warm but not even enough to make us sweat. I think it works only in the evening so we didn’t have a chance to try it as we had other plans the night before. We had two single beds that were pushed together. I am aware that the type of room we booked comes only with single beds but it seemed uncommon to me to find that if we wanted a double bed we had to take a better class room. It was not a big discomfort but worth to know.

Very nice location and great breakfast. The service was very pleasant and helpful. Room was nice and clean, everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed the pool. The location in the city is very nice and everything is easy to reach on foot.

Incidents of some sort happened almost every time we stayed. One time, we were issued a keycard to a room that was already occupied - imagine the confusion of us barging in on a guest late in the evening. For a four star hotel, it would have been nice if we were offered a room upgrade as an apology or if the minibar fees were waived at the very least. Moreover, the rooms are ill-equipped for the price. Noise insulation is non-existent - you can hear guests snoring in adjacent rooms. The towels are weird. Bedding sometimes contains holes. The pillows are oversized and uncomfortable. There are no fridges in the rooms. This goes for standard and superior rooms - not economy.

Lovely breakfast, good gym/spa area, lake-side views are amazing.

I use to book this hotel just because of pool and sauna. Now it was overcrowded with people from outside the hotel. People are standing in sauna as there is no place to sit. Dissapointment

The service was fantastic. A lady had clearly ended her shift, yet chose to help us while we waited in line at reception. All staff greeted us throughout the hotel, just a very friendly atmosphere! I was told about the breakfast, and it didn't disappoint. My family (2 small children) loved the big selection, and we were all very satisfied.

I have stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and liked it, so decided to stay again and was disappointed. 1. The room was on the first floor, but the window was to the parking. I hear the cars and people that were passing by. 2. At 2:20 am a group of people came to the corridor LOUDLY, they were drunk and bad behaved! I was waken up like in horror films. 2. The lightening on the mirror was not working. It was dark in the bathroom. As well the water was coming out from the shower making floods. 3. The room itself was also very dark. Window was like 3 small windows. 4. To use the swimming pool you need to pay extra 10 euro. Gym is included in the price. 5. When I arrive on Saturday evening, there was no parking lots, so I needed to park car far away on the street. 6. There used to be a fee of 30 euro for the pet, you need sign in the paper and at the check out they check the room.

Breakfast was really tasty and staff helpful. Room was clean, nice, little outdated. Pool area was real disappointment. Just a pool and one small jacuzzi. Sauna was overloaded and steam sauna didn't worked and was used as storage place. As pool area also restaurant was popular by local people. Therefore there was hard to get room service from restaurant. If you travel on weekend be prepared that there are parties in restaurant area and music can be heard into rooms as well. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff.

Some parts of the hotel need a slight touch up. The beds were comfortable but squeaky. The sauna in the wellness area is a bit cold for my liking.

The whole stay was very pleasant, we even got our room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. The staff is nice. The hotel is a great piece of history. The restaurant is very pretty and the view is great as well. The breakfast was tasty, a nice selection of cold and hot dishes.

Since I had a standard room, it was a bit of a long walk through many corridors to get to the elevator.

The room was nice. The food at the restaurant was delicious, but the service was quite slow, even though there were not a lot of customers the evening we went.
