Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SloveniaHonestly nothing to complain. Even the price is low compared to hotels near airports in other countries.
It's a really nice hotel with very beautiful and comfortable rooms. My room was already ready at 11.00 a.m so I could do an early-check in. It has good connections with the city if you take a bus 3G and airport is less than 5 minutes away by taxi that costs around 4€. You also get all the toiletries you need (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash) and you can make your own Lavazza coffee in the room with a coffee machine.

BelarusThe room was pretty small, and the one chair was blocking the path between the bed and counter when used (weird layout) Bed was really too firm for me. Just 1 chair.
Location to the subway, literally 50m away, grocery shop just around the corner. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had air-conditioning and was pretty quite, very modern. Coffemachine in the room, but no spoons if you wanted to put sugar in. If you wanted some extra coffee tablets you just went down to the reception. Wifi was great. Breakfast was really great! Too much to write about!

United KingdomUnfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in my room. Staff did try their best but being a weekend it couldn’t be fixed, and I opted to stay in that room rather than move to a different one. I also don’t know why the towels were changed after one day when I left them on the rack (the sign says they’ll only be replaced if left on the floor). It’s always nice to have clean towels of course but it’s a waste of resources to replace them every day.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was ideal for me near the airport, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was extensive and tasty, and the restaurant makes some delicious dishes for dinner too. The value for money is excellent given the services available and the quality of the rooms.

Breakfast- i had an early flight, the receptionist suggested me to pack a carry out breakfast for my time of departure 5am, and she did it. With all the fun I had with Lufthansa that day, the meal from the hotel was used and highly appreciated. It included sandwich (packages one), a few biscuits, cereal bar (average quality), an apple, yogurt, a small juice, and a water bottle. Room - clean, new, facing the road, but good isolation. I was surprised. In the morning I heard the receptionist saying they were almost full, but I did not hear anybody. Usually I hear things :D. Hotel - it is new, so no signs of wearing off. Airport - 2 min by Bolt. Did not try to go by foot.
