The main area of restaurant was closed for maintenance works, while the hotel has found a solution, it was not too cozy seeing the works from the entrance. We were not able to manage temperature of the room with the help of internal Smart House system. Having this in mind, it was a bit hot inside and we had to open the window during the night...

The hotel keeps its standards and has perfect atmosphere within its premises alongside with professional personnel in all the areas. It is placed perfectly to fit all the needs - walking, restaurants and nature.

I think I already rated the restaurant in a previous comment a couple of years ago. The food is good but not exceptional. There was a miscommunication on the food order which meant I received (and accepted) a meat order invoiced at 58 EUR while I had ordered a burger for 22 EUR. Once the plate was made I thought it would be a pity to throw it away. I would have expected a gesture, e.g. split the difference at 40 EUR. Anyway, live and learn...

This was our 3rd stay in the hotel but the first in the Life Balance building. The 7 degree slope of the floors made for an interesting sensorial experience - don't worry the beds lie flat ;-). The breakfast was great.

I think the reservation system should be invented at bath session. Otherwise on busy days it could get ugly because of some cocky clients making noise or dissatisfaction inside calm area. Also kids at bath session should be considered.

Room had bad smell, I don't know what kind of smell it was, but it was only in the room, not outside the room.

Very good location and very good breakfast, much better than room service breakfast. Last time we have booked breakfast to the room, it was really bad, this time went to the buffet, so much better, large selection.

In general, the hotel may already need some minor refreshment. There were cracks in the bathroom sink, one button in bathtub in SPA area was not working, roman pool was closed. But all these problems don't even worth mentioning. It is still the same good old Palanga SPA - the best SPA hotel in all the Lithuania, or maybe even on the whole Baltic coast.

The breakfast was awesome. Even better then we had when we stayed here four years ago. Highly recommend. The SPA is also great here. On top of general SPA zone access, which is perfect as always we also booked massage for the whole family. It was very gentle but strong at the same time.

Cleaning staff could do a better job.

We stayed there for a 3 nights to relax and celebrate our wedding anniversary - the hotel were extremely kind to bump us to an amazing suite! It truly made our day and made the whole stay better :) The views were stunning from the room - overlooking the sea and pinetrees.
