How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing it was a great stay.
Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best I have had. The location is great for getting lost in Vilnius's old town, and everything is a short walk away. The Spa is also lovely.

I felt there should be a place in the hotel for meeting colleagues, which was not so formal or noisy with the music, however when we asked for some place we were offered a meeting room and it was much appreciated.
Really enjoyed the breakfast, nice selection and the staff were very accommodating. Syed and reception was a credit to the hotel, super helpful at recommending restaurants and such a polite and friendly attitude, he would be one of the reasons i would return to the hotel.

I’ve ordered a bigger room and paid extra, however the room was actually smaller than one I had at the other hotel where I paid only £280 and here I paid £1200. Was disappointed with that.
Hotel is in a very good location, very beautiful and posh, nice bar, spa and restaurant. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. Syed at the reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly, can see the guy knows how to look after the customers, the hotel management are very lucky to have him. I wish I catch the names of the staff at the bar and restaurant, extremely pleased with them.

Spectacular hotel! Best hotel breakfast I had in an European hotel, amazing room and great attention to detail (face and eyes masks available in the room, great options in the minibar). Couldn’t recommend more.

The personnel was extremely professional and with a touch of a personal attitude, I am very grateful for that. The room/the building and atmosphere inside/outside are very elegant. Restaurant and its branch with its cuisine from around the world were excellent. I can imagine my gastronomical satisfaction if I would visit the restaurant for a dinner, but unfortunately I had other plans.

Everything was worth its money.
Breakfast provides a la carte menu and additionally offers a great buffet. It was delicious, plenty to choose from and the staff was wonderful. The spa is small, indeed, but because of it, you can spend time in the exquisite place alone with your other half, not being bothered by anyone else. The staff is polite and helpful with anything you may ask for. We were staying for one night but after arriving almost immediately decided to stay for another day after such an excellent check-in process. The hotel is beautiful and cared for, the corridors and other facilities speak for itself. We enjoyed every minute and didn't want to go out, feeling so relaxed and cozy. The location was great with many bars and restaurants nearby, along with sightseeing places to spend time outside. It was also a convenient location because of a lot of nearby parking spots for carsharing cars.

The only thing we found uncomfortable was the bed mattress. It was just too soft for us. But it is just a preference. No issues what so ever.
The hotel is in the heart of Vilnius, great location. Staff was super helpful and friendly. All our requests were addressed the same minute we asked. Our room was just lovely, with the view of Vilnius panorama. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice of food, drinks as well as a la cart. Our stay was hassle free and we definitely would come back again.

I would have expected more than one sauna in the wellness area and a the body lotion in the room.
Wonderful spacious room, great service at the check-in and a delicious breakfast.
