The 3 nights we was there the room was not cleaned , bins not emptied and towels not changed even though they was left on the floor like they asked us to do if we wanted then changed

The food was excellent, plenty to chose from, very good selection for breakfast, Lunch and Tea Pools and spa facilities are great

Breakfast was a let down point, restaurant was small. Not much choice of food or refills. It was hard to move around in restaurant.

This is our tenth time coming here and every time we enjoy the relaxation and service at this wonderful spa. The most favorite place, with beautiful wooden villas, warm pools and delicious, varied breakfasts. The staff is very kind! We will definitely come to you again!

Horrible staff communication, after i told them i never been in here before they didn't bothered to explain where and what is. We didn't took our towels and robes as in description it says that you can rent them next to pool, but after going to change rooms and walked all the way to find location where you can buy them we were told that they run out of them.. Also it would be much better if that place that was renting robes and towels could be located before changing rooms as its really awkward walk all the way around pools and reception area in only swimsuit

Location itself is in perfect distance from seaside. The unit that we had was nice and clean, had a mini bar and and also wood for fireplace or bbq for extra 10€. Also we had 2hours of sauna and pools included in total price which was amazing! Breakfast 10 of 10!

You should know that in restaurant is not so much place. There are like maybe 20 tables, when you come for breakfast there will be probably waiting time, becouse not enough space for everyone. And I should say that restaurant prices if you would like to have a drink at evening are pretty high - cocktail 10 euro.

Location - just 10km away from Palanga. Hotel staff very friendly and understanding. I requested for quiet Villa and they gave me one! Spa is very clean and nice, variation of pools and jacuzzis. Outside pools. We were surprised that at SPA zone temperature was very nice and perfect for body that we weren't cold. Breakfast was good-salads,pancakes,fish and more, as usual cornflakes etc. Coffee was perfect 😌 Staff speaks in english too,not all,but we felt understood. Villa was nice, cozy, warm and clean. I didn't have enough time at the SPA, 2 hours is not enough to enjoy everything. But it's good that there is an option to pay extra for the overused time.

Very cozy, cool place to relax. The villa was very warm, tidy. Delicious breakfast.

Clean and comfy rooms. Very good breakfast. Big parking free of charge is in front of the hotel. Two hours of spa zone visit is included each staying day (if stay for 1 night, than only one 2h visit is included) Additionally can be shoosed massages and spa procedures, that are payed separately.

There is some external noice, laud music, laud works in forest around the area. Too many visitors in swiming pools area.
