The room was spacious, the staff was mostly trying their best to be helpful and even received a bottle of caramel as a birthday gift. We did not try the spa facilities so I cannot comment on that. There's also enough parking spots available at location.

I would greatly prefer on-line check-in for additional services like massage, but this is so minor thing from moment you come down to reception.. Great staff.

The scent in corridors was little bit to strong and annoying, but it wasn't spreading into the rooms, so it not so important. The soundproofing between the rooms is not so good, you can hear your neighbours.

I like almost everything in this place: room is spacious, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, bar, spa area with sauna, liked the designers work and the music in lobby and restaurant area was perfect. Evening in restaurant was also perfect, very helpful and friendly staff.

Amazing atmosphere, calm, cozy, thoughtful. Very meditative. Especially on a cold, foggy day. I would find it very suitable for winter retreat, if you are fine without skiing. Great food - aesthetically, and taste wise. Not a place for active energies and mischiefs, though. Wood and stone harmony in the E.

Spa zone is very small, 1 sauna and 1 jacuzzi, but as it is small hotel it’s ok. The light in bathroom turns on and off automatically, no switch, so when taking a shower, the light turns off several times. Also we didn’t like the shower itself, because “shower head” is very high, so water is not hot and water stream is weak.

Breakfast was delicious. You have to choose main course from the menu and the rest you can take from buffet. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The hotel itself is very new and modern.

Bed side tables were too small, ground level bedrooms are too close to lounge speakers so rooms are noisy, sound proof of rooms need improvement, downstair rooms and toilets has high door thresholds

The room was on the smaller side, but good for shorter stays. The SPA zone is small.

The hotel was cozy and stylish, but the biggest positive for me was the staff. The reception and breakfast staff as well as the masseuse were very welcoming and made you feel like you were the most important at every interaction. Was very happy to book massages at my convenience without much prior planning. The breakfast includes a hot meal and a buffet and each of the hot meals we tried was incredible.

Luckily, we got the reduced weekday rate on Booking; however, we couldn’t afford the stay during the weekend… Very expensive, indeed!

The first thing you feel upon entering the hotel is the delicate fresh smell. I also loved the music because my favourite singer was on when we arrived. After the check-in we were invited to taste chef’s freshly made pear pie and some herbal tea for free - that was a very pleasant suprise! The food in the restaurant is amazing and the caring, friendly and very professional staff add greatly to the overall satisfaction! In the evening, it was a pleasure to read a book by the fireplace in the lobby and to relax in the spa. We had a perfect stay!

The scheduling around being able to eat in the restaurant was strange. We would be told no spaces at a particular time but while sitting outside the restaurant at that time there would be zero customers in the restaurant.
