Our room was close to the restaurant doors, and it was very noisy every morning. If hotel could reconstruct door close mechanism I think it would be more friendly for all who will live there in the future

One of the massages that I had, was supposed to be 15 mins, but really it was just 10 mins... Isolation in the rooms is not the best. We could hear people talking very loud every morning/evening and always hearing toilet flushing from other rooms. But other than that everything was good.

This is our second visit, and it was great! Everything is clear, procedures are great. Food is very tasty, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most of the staff are friendly and communicates well. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool area is great! Overall - cozy place. Thanks!

Excellent place for relax - nice and friendly stuff, spa treatments everyday and also unlimited access to swimming pool and sauna. Three meals (buffet) per day included into the price. Hotel is located in a quiet place next to the river and 5 min walk from the city center.

The isolation in the rooms could be better. No A/C in the room. When you go into the thermal baths, the windows are kind of open, so people from the other building can see you naked, not very comfortable feeling. But other than that - everything is great!

New, rebranded place in a great location. I’ve stayed in many other health resorts in Druskininkai, but so far I’ve liked this place the most! Great mini procedures, very welcoming and caring staff! Super tasty food, feels like at home! Location is also good because it’s near the river and close to the nature and the city centre. Swimming pool area is also super big and amazing! Will definitely come back!

Regular single rooms look and feel mediocre. During meals, dessert section is often running out quickly.

Improved double rooms are very cozy and beautiful. Staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious, and the food menu changes every day (except breakfast which happened to be the same but still good). Spa area is clean. Treatments are advised and finalized by the doctor who listens to your health complaints and treatment preferences (so it is good to know which treatments you want to get in advance).

most of the staff did not speak english. the juices at the resturant were diluted with water, there were no lactose-free, gluten-free foods

the rooms were new, modern and realy clean. there is a nice pool with more than enough under water jets and there were also two saunas and a jacuzi.

My room was near the entrance, so it was quite noisy especually early in the .orning when the staff was coming. There was no hairdryer in the room.

There was only one thing that I didn't like: the bed was not comfy at all. The matrass was new, but sagging, giving you the feeing that you sleep in a hammock. There was an additional roll up matrass on top, but it twisted and slipped all the time, making it even worse. I think you would agree that comfy bed is very important when spinal treatment procedures are proscribed . Otherwise they will be in vain. I raised the issue upon check out, so hope that management is aware of it.

I liked the place and it's quiet , but rather central location near the river. The property is brand new and very clean with beautiful and very spacious spa zone. The staff is friendly and responsive. Full board meals option (with a decent choice ) is a big plus. They have a variety of treatments and spa procedures you can choose from. Almost everything met my expectations, I will definitely recommend it and would love to return.

rooms are outdated , tiny blankets , not comfortable pillows, rooms are cold and with central AC heating, old TV with three channels and you will not be able to connect to the phone or any other device . One of two sauna working only during weekends. If you are staying in this place, you will be able to use the pool only in the evening and its on time with your dinner
