But to be fair LUNA did have staff available (as I did not have internet and thus code for rooms) unfortunately they were a little contemptable about having to reissue the room code... Parking is available but not sufficient for the number of guests, my car ended up being blocked in in the shared secure area by a truck (not the end of the world but inconvenient)

Modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped - excellent facilities. Staff on-site. Lobby access. One of the best run "self check-ins" I've visited.

Bathroom is a little bit tight.

New hotel and facilities are modern. Room is very clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. The free breakfast has good selections of food and drinks.

Small room, but was enough for a short trip. Virtual key was not working next to the room, had to search for better connection for it to work

My room was very very small and bathroom was very tight. But for one person was ok.

Very good, clean place, coffee and tea available in the restaurant during all day, small public kitchens on each floor for free use, good breakfast. Good value for money. Distance to the city center - 20 minutes on foot.

The walls were not soundproof at all, I could hear other people’s alarm clocks, their walking and etc. Also the food during the breakfast was finishing out quickly and it you had to wait very long for it to be filled up again. So when there was no food, instead you had to eat other stuff because the wait was like 15 minutes.

Rooms are so small that you literally have no place to put your case. And as we have baby stroller, our whole entrance corridor was just blocked :D

Super comfy beds. The breakfast was quite ok, but as we went at 8.30 there were very many people and a lot of things run out very quickly. So no eggs for us etc. The breakfast zone is very small as well. Anyway, quite wide choice - porridge, scrambled eggs, beans, cheese, bacon, bread, pastries, and veeeery good coffee. Good location if you are heading to Dolphinarium - just 3min ride to ferry (keep in mind the whole way from hotel to Dolphinarium is very short, but it takes up to 40min alltogether, because of the ferry in the middle).

Bathroom smells unpleasant - something goes wrong with pipes I guess Since the hotel is located near a bakery and some other plant you can hear annoying noise at night. Not that loud but still

Very clean room, nice location close to the city center - less than 10 min by bus. Self-check in is very convenient. Quiet good breakfast.

Unfortunately, I got a magnificent problem with the electronic door lock right when I had a taxi waiting for me for check out to go to the airport. I couldn't find any stuff member when the problem occurred. Moreover, I tried to call, and a real jerk not only didn't answer but also blocked my sms as I tried to reach.

The staff from the hotel kitchen had disappeared for a while, so there was a longer time without food. Other guests was longer time without the food.

Great location! Breakfast was good, food and coffee was delicious. Rooms are clean. Kids was happy about separator room and TV on the wall with the lights :)

The hotel has no disadvantages. Therefore, there is no reason to write about shortcomings

The ideal location of the hotel ensures good local logistics. The hotel is in excellent condition. Polite staff I recommend to everyone! I was pleasantly surprised by the full breakfast, which is included in the room price.
