I had breakfast at the hotel which I found fine, though quality did not exactly matched the price. Funny thing about the room was a pretentious and not functional pseudo-vintage desk, purpose of which was quite mystifying.

I had a one night stay at Jonapolis and found it very convenient and comfortable. Room and bathroom are very spacious. Cleanliness is also OK. Bed is comfortable, room was quiet enough. The hotel is centrally located (even if there is no downtown to speak about in Jonava.

Very friendly helpful team members. Reception was so welcoming, and room was beautifully clean and spacious. Eclectic decoration and fittings. Breakfast was perfect with classic pancakes, cottage cheese,cream and blackcurrant preserve. Toast, cheese and Coffee = perfect. Car parking adjacent. Brilliant stay - will come again.

Excellent location - in the Old town, near center. Very friendly and supportive staff. Restaurant and small supermarket nearby. Though parking lot is quite small, it is possible to park for free in the street nearby.

View from the #1 was the internal parking, but we didn’t care about that. Bed, sadly, wasn’t good enough and felt like two single beds joined together (we were told that they’ll be changed soon). Bathroom was massive but I wish the shower head was nicer to really use that space well. Missed opportunity. The AC light is really strong, but if you’re a bright sleeper, you’ll be alright. Might return, but will ask about the beds.

Decent location, at the lower part of Jonava. Massive bathroom. Warm, clean room. We were called on the day of the check-in and informed that we’d have to do self check-in, which was effortless. At the day of the visit, it looked like only one staff member was available, but she was courteous and doing her best.

The bed wasn’t too comfortable however it was still okay. We asked for a late check out. Normally we should leave the room by 12 o’clock, we asked to stay an extra 3 hours. We were charged €30 extra… in my opinion it is absolutely not fair

When we arrived the receptionist (Justyna) was very kind and helpful. The hotel is super clean, nice and pleasant smell. The bathroom was also nice and clean.

Owner/manager went to great efforts to look after us over a busy weekend in a comfortable, well-sized room with twin beds. Breakfast was excellent.

On the first night it took very long to warm-up the small room with the aircon, also it was very noisy so for sleeping I had to switch it off.

Nice hotel with private parking area. I don't know much about the food, as I only slept in the room, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom is very big. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

It is purely my personal feature but I can't sleep comfortably on a very soft bed and local mattresses were like trying to sleep on the trampoline. Still, the removal of the mattress and sleeping just on the slim upper layer solved the issue.

Considering the price per night per person it was practically a hotel-grade room for the price of a tourist dormitory, the breakfast was home-cooked and absolutely perfect, additionally, the dining room was like from a fairytale.

Location of the Jonapolis hotel is really good if you plan to visit Jonava or its surroundings, as well as if you plan further journey as the hotel is situated quite close to the main route. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Receptionist was very symphatetic and supportive. Very good breakfast served at an early hour even though it was not a standard. Our general opinion is that the hotel is GREAT! And we will be back there during our next trip to Lithuania.
