Location - very good for work purpose. You don’t have to mingle in the city. Staff super nice and friendly. They kindly asked what time I would like to have breakfast and prepared a dish specially for me. Rooms are warm, spacious, clean. Bed - very comfortable. Excellent communication.

We needed to leave the following day. With this level of service you wish you could just take a week or three.

We got the tone of what's to come from the get-go. Vaida (co-owner if we understood correctly), who has extensive experience working abroad, made sure we felt welcome and explained everything, including the fact that the small restaurant in the hotel was not operating that night because there was a music event in the brewery restaurant next door (50 m away) and all hands were needed on board there. We could not get a table because all seats had been pre-booked, but we were assured that we could get takeaway to eat at the hotel, including drinks. Our room was really comfortable and nice and quiet. We opted to use the spa (extra charge, as advertised) which has a ~3x3 m pool with various jets for massage and a Turkish steam room. It really hit the spot. After that we went to check the situation in the brewery restaurant. We found that Vaida was doing double duty and she got us a table even though it should not have been possible. She continued to look out for us while obviously not neglecting anybody else and generally speaking made us feel so welcome it rarely happens in a hotel. The food and drinks were great.

We booked the same room for second time - one adult and two kids - three in the room. We got a message from the staff saying that there will be only a bed for two (the contrary of what the confirmed booking said) and if we need “additional” bed, it’s gonna cost +20€ a night. This is not the deal a descent hotel should offer, this is a scam - to ask for additional money a day before the trip. We cancelled the second trip to this hotel.

Child's sheets, towels and pillows were missing. The sofa weren't really suitable for sleeping. Seems that for such a place were too many CCTV's.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the administrator was helpful.

They should write the restaurant opening times in their booking.com page. The restaurant wasn't open during our stay. We were so tired of our days trip in the rain with our motorcycles that we weren't interested to ride anywhere else to get food.

Beds were really nice and we got to park our motorcycles in front. Staff spoke english.

Location is remote. Nothing to do there really - unless you book the spa hour(s).

It is a okay hotel. Relaxed area and quiet. Spa needs to be booked advanced (did not know this) when we arrived, it was full. I assume it is private (?). 30euros for 1 hour.

Im happy for the stay mostly due to a warm welcome and hospitality from Front desk (Ms Vaida). You’ll find a romantic lake nearby to take a swim just before dark.

You must keep in mind that the front door closes by midnight and there is no way to come back until morning. I didn't know that and had problems getting back in in the late night hours.

It was a bit cold in the room at night, also I ordered room for 2 adults and 1 child, and it was ready only for a couple (just one big blanket given)

SPA was not the best, no jacuzzi and only steam sauna,no classical sauna. And hot water finished in shower pretty quick.

Staff was very friendly and helped to arrange dinner after kitchen working hours.

No choice of breakfast, say, vegans wouldn’t find anything to eat in the morning. Also, not a problem, but it’s better to know before booking a stay that spa services should be booked in advance, not a day before using them. Minibar bar was empty, so the ones coming in the evening should bring their own snacks and drinks if needed

Amazing sauna and a little pool with the privacy of using it just for one’s own family, good prices for spa services, clean and peaceful
