Shower head holder was broken so we had to keep it in our hand. Water flow was sharply painful at some point, but could be reduced to avoid that. Air-con worked really well, but a bit noisy so we had to turn it off during the night.

Location couldn't be better - very central place, but not too noisy since it's located in quiet street (slept with open windows). Safe inner free parking spot. Tasty breakfast. clean and cozy room.

I liked it all, very positive experience.

Excellent service, business level rooms are quiet and windows able to open if do not want air conditioning to switch on. Breakfast had a very decent choice. Reception - friendly and welcoming. Drinking water and fruits lemonade available with no charge.

Breakfast could be better, there were not enough options for kids, not much of eggs and pancakes. There were just dry omelette and cold hard boiled eggs. Pancakes were not suitable for children. No hair conditioner or body cream in the bathroom. Other than that everything was good.

The spa charge of 65 Euros for an hour’s usage is very off putting. A/c a bit inconsistent and difficult to adjust to good temperature.

Very delicious and copious breakfast options. Location was really good, especially if arriving by bus/train, as it’s roughly halfway between those and the main “Centras” downtown area. Free water at reception and chocolate - maybe an Easter thing, so can’t promise you’ll get the same! - a nice touch.

Distance from the entrance till our room was quite long. And the sweat smell near the lift in 2nd floor. Some enthusiastic group of people had a special (sport or meditation) indoor event in the conference room and they had left all their shoes in the corridor. So you can only imagine what a smell was flying around that circle of shoes and in general around the lift and the corridor. I always have doubts about such a type of events in public, but closed places.

Breakfast and location. Room also was spacious, with balcony. If you have some event in Zalgiris arena, VICTORIA hotel Kaunas is a very good place to spend a night after it.

I prefer deicated shower stalls rather than a shower over a bath. But that's the only thing I didn't like about the place.

Location - easy walking distance from the station and from the main town centre. The hotel was developed from an old factory and was very well restored and developed into a very good hotel.

From the moment you enter the hotel, your amazing experience begins. The personnel is helpful and very nice. The amenities are not only convenient but aesthetic and well thought through. And the breakfast is the best so far I had in Kaunas hotels. Moreover, the location can not be any better - you are staying at the heart of the city, and everything is around within walking distance.
