We expected that we could go to the spa directly from the room (so that we don't need to go through the outside.) Unfortunately, we did not realize that it was a separate building. I think we will not book this hotel next time, at the season when you need jackets. The changing room is separate from the Dzukija, and it does not have a WC. So imagine that you are half dressed and your four-year-old suddenly needs to go to the WC.

We booked a weekend stay with the kids. The room was big, and the balcony was a nice addition. The breakfast was good.

There is a a touch of time and usage everywhere, but still everything is functional. Both bathrooms were cold, so towels did not dry over night, cold floor. Meanwhile, it was hot in bedrooms at night… tried to adjust, but ended up with uncomfortably cold temperature in bedroom. Main disadvantage is that you need to go outside to reach the SPA.

Very nice place to stay with kids. Good breakfast.

SPA access is through the yard. Breakfast room is pretty small, I saw people standing and waiting for a table.

Rooms were nicely equiped, warm enough, kitchen has a full set of dishes. Breakfast had a good selection. We also got the small robe for the kid. The self check-in experience was amazing.

Absolutely lovely!!! The apartment exceeded our expectations 100%. Very spaciuos, comfortable (especially-beds), quiet, perfect location… The kitchen has everything you need.. The waterpark included in the price is just amazing. We trully recommend it!!!

The breakfast was in the nearest hotel building. The choice of food and its taste leave much to be desired. That’s rather incomprehensible taking into account a high price for the stay

A very nice apartment, not too modern, but still with all necessary things to have for a long-term rest. Very clean. The pool and spa complex are worth visiting. Just a perfect place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet.

I missed info in which restaurant I can have breakfast (it was included). There was also no info on recommended places to eat and to visit in the room. Since you can check-in and check-out at the terminal (the reception is in a completely different building) it would be great to find such info in the room.

I did not like the process of check in. First i got link for self checkin which did not work properly, nothing would get saved. later I got multiple messgaes with instructions how to open main door. when arrived - code did not work for anyone. nobody responded at provided phone number. after 15min of attempts we ended up in Main building waiting in one long que to be checked in. it would not be soo annoying if we were told to just be there rather than sending multiple misleading instructions. not a pleasant experience to start with.

Apartments are not attached to the rest of resort buildings, therefore it's required to cross the garden to get to the aqua park & restaurants with an outside clothes

Self check in experience was not so great, after programming and getting door keys, they did not work so had to come back to the main building to sort it out in reception. Some furniture was worn out.

Breakfast somehow had a lot of fancy meals, which is no longer in fashion these times. More fresh fruits, vegetables and healthy meal components would be welcome. otherwise I liked cozy small space with terrace and view to river.

Great setup of the room for family with kids. Additional sleeping room has separate door. Apartment with one sleeping room has enough space to accommodate two adults and two kids. Kitchenette equipment is provided.

Although I really liked the apartment, but only having 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 cups etc. for an apartment is a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location, calm and quiet. Breakfast is super. SPA zones are close to the apartment just a quick 2 minute walk.
