Hotel is perfect to stay

It stands on a crossroads of moderately busy city streets. There will be street noise if you open the windows, but if closed , window blocks noise effectively. Can't say the same about the doors to your room - they let noise in. If your neighbor comes late, you will hear them talking and slamming their door with a booming sound. Rooms have hard surface floors (no carpets), but I can't say it is bad, it depends on your preferences.

The hotel is very clean, modern, and fresh. Not big, nice location near railway station and 15-20 minutes walk from the center. If you want to use public transport, all the stops are nearby. Access to the floor is secured by a room card. You can use stairs besides lift, and I liked walking stairs much more than riding a lift. The rock'n'roll features all around hotel (paintings, background music, trivia) may trigger some strings of your heart. There is nice IKI supermarket right across the road.

One person at the reception when we entered the hotel, so we wasted lots of time waiting for the check in. This was annoying.

Very good place in Vilnius, walking distance from railway station. Lots of inspiring rocknroll pictures in the hotel, inspiring stay.

The size of the room and bathroom was good. The hotel is environmentally friendly and the room is not cleaned daily, only if the guest requests it. The hotel's theme is rock, and both the hotel's decor and the music playing are great. The breakfast is very varied and has good options.

There was not enough refrigerator, the air conditioner didn't work well, the rest was completely satisfactory for us.

Had a surprisingly nice stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was bigger than expected with a large bathroom. It was quiet and tidy. The hotel is within a walking distance from train and bus stations, also conveniently located if you're going to/from the airport.

Beds are made of some soft fabric and can't be clean enough, but during sleep you have to touch it with your legs. It's the only negative thing and it makes me crazy

Spacious and comfortable rooms, nice designs, nice and spacious showers. The supermarket is across the street. Reception is open 24/7, which is very convenient when you need to go early to the airport (the bolt costs around 4 euros). The hotel's restaurant serves delicious meals.

A/C did not work well. Could not get it cool until opened windows. They had coffee/tea kit setup (2 each) but they wanted to charge for additional coffee/tea refill. On premise restaurant menu seemed too upscale for me, both in selection and price. Not a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Hotel looks good, updated. Room was great. Large room, big windows, large desk, actual double bed and comfortable. Desk chair with back and comfortable lounge chair in room. Bathroom was huge. Decent water pressure for the 6th floor, very good internet. Walking distance to bus station and most tourist sights. Staff were helpful. Was put in a quiet area of hotel and did not hear a sound.

It wasn't a big problem but I missed a magnifying mirror in the bathroom to do my make-up, and a fridge in the room would've been nice.

Nothing dramatic, I would say. The number of Russian-speaking staff has decreased over the last few years but English saves the day for everyone. Warm floors in the bathroom should be turned-on before you use it otherwise it's a bit cold, however, nothing spoils the stay.

I've been staying in this hotel for the last 12 years and the great thing is that it always on top of all expectations. It's a hidden gem among 3-stars hotels, I guess the only reason of why they're not 4+ so far is just some formality. I'll never hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vilnius. Make sure to get your membership with Strawberry Hotels to get some extras during the stay. Rooms are quiet, breakfast - decent, staff - charming. Great location, great music... stay there and rock.
