Poorly maintained houses. Almost half of light bulbs were out, 2 out of 4 space heaters were not working. Basic things like soap was missing. Kitchen - poor experience due to amount of cuttlery and plates. For 10€ you get "spa" but you get what you pay for - just couple of saunas and a small basic pool. All in all somewhat quite expensive for what you get.

The place is nice, nature, forest etc. Lake is nearby, you can relax freely and/or have a nice workation with a good view. Staff is nice. Food options pleasantly surprised.

From the photo it seemed that the house was newer, but it was obvious that there had been no cosmetic renovation for a long time. The menu in the restaurant is modest. The spa is very small, the pool is cold

The pool was really small a bit of a let down as you can’t really swim in it. The property needs to be renewed as in some parts the condition of the room and facilities wasn’t the best. Also wish the car park was a bit better as going to the property in winter is not the best you could get stuck!! Wasn’t pleasant walking in the dark from the car park to the hotel as there is no light system.

The location was beautiful surrounded by trees and the view from the room was beautiful. The food was good but I enjoyed breakfast more than dinner. The saunas are very nice, room was warm and comfortable staff was also nice and accommodating.

Facilities need to be renewed already. The swimming pool was very cold. In the breakfast area one would need to point out if something gets over.

The beach even though it was sandy, the lakeside was weedy and muddy which wasn't great for our children. The apartment was clean but outdated, beds weren't comfortable. No room conditioner, it was hot to sleep.

Breakfast was good, although a few additional options would be great. The food in the restaurant was really good. The location is great, close to the lake. The staff was truly amazing, really helpful and assisting. We had a great time swimming in the lake and enjoying our late evenings by the Villa. We loved our stay but it could have been slightly better.

As stated by other guests, everything is a bit old and could do with a refresh. The furnishings are run-down, stuff is broken or shoddily repaired, you can't return to your room from the garden (card-reader doesn't work). Cleanliness in the bathroom is insufficient with mould in the shower. The radiator in the bathroom is red hot (in August!) with no possibility to turn it down. Toilet won't flush properly. Tap water is absolutely disgusting. The à la carte breakfast option we had (buckwheat porridge) was lovely, the rest (especially the cardboardy bread - in a country with such a great bread-tradition!) was underwhelming.

The great quality of the hotel is the location in the forrest next to the lake. The sourroundings are magnificient and quiet. Upon request, the restaurant could even provide us with a lovely vegan dinner.

Vacation houses and main building need some upgrades (renovation). As well the smell of water (iron) from the tap is quite strong. Pillows could be bigger and better quality. More attention to cleaning would be good as well.

Vacation houses are in a very nice area in the forest by the lake. Staff is polite and helpful. It is nice time to spend in nature. There are entertainment suggested to have good time there (boats, tennis, basketball, football, etc.). Breakfast is good as well.

Spa facilities are closed during the summer. The bar at the lake was closed very early. Water has a funny flavour to it.

Very quiet and peaceful location, right next to a lake. The restaurant has good quality food and you can rent water bicycles from a lady next door. The cottage house was spacious and had everything we needed.

Hotel needs new pillows for sleep (very uncomfortable sleep). Water quality was stinky and undrinkable.

Everything seems a little old. It feels like the hotel was superb 10 years ago. Place where mini fridge should be is now an empty cupboard. Hairdryer sounds like a tractor. Reading light is not working. Water smells like sulphur.

Amazing location, big and spacious room. Lovely view from the windows and personal terrace. Good breakfast.

It was aparent that there was no upgrades or major fixes since complex was opened in 2006, Furniture was outdated, one radiator was not working, some stuff was cheaply fixed. Pool cascade did not work, and looked like it had been broken for long time. Breakfast could have been better.

Location is fantastic, it is situated in the forest near the Lake. There is a hiking trails around the lake, nice cabin in the woods concept, nice terrace with personal grill.

House was Not “hommy”, it did Not had proper kitchen equipment for cooking, it is Not child - family friendly. This accommodation is more for bachelors, friends, Its Not a proper family accommodation .

It was a spacious house for This type of accommodation . Lake, woods, fresh air, Beautiful design houses , glass And wood, cozy breakfast.
