The standard room looks like it needs renovation and some improvements in general. I don’t think that the equipment and the furniture match a 4 star hotel. In addition it’s strange there is no air conditioning. I think customers should have the choice to regulate the temperature individually. While checking in, the employee insisted I hadn’t paid for the room, so it took us a while to show her the payment proof. That was quite stressful! A tip: don’t ask the hotel to call a taxi for you, it’s at least 2-3 times more compared to the taxi app (Bolt)!!!

The location is fantastic! Although it’s in the heart of old town, it’s really quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is also great, there is big variety and in weekends it’s served until 11:00. I also liked the bed, the mattress and the pillows. Standard room with many big windows. It also has high ceilings so it’s quite bright. In general it’s great value for money! Despite the disadvantages, I would stay again!

Noise canceling/ soundproof of our room could be better, we could clearly hear neighbours and passing cars during the night. Missing chairs or other furniture on the balcony. It is just empty.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel while on a business trip. It is in a superb central location, and, if you have a minute, it is well worth taking a stroll through the old town. The bed was very comfortable, the restaurant is really good, and the room was clean.

Only minor irritations really . Lack of communication about the layout of the hotel ,which was confusing - 2 lifts going to different floors . This was charming in a way . We thought there were 2 restaurants from the website but in fact there was only one which had quite a limited menu and closed at 9.30 pm . This could have been due to time of year . There was only a fixed shower head which isn’t very convenient . No decaf tea or coffee options at breakfast More English TV would have been welcome .

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring Vilnius , which is a really beautiful city Surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the Old Town and how large the hotel actually is . The room was very spacious with a safe and plenty of storage , also comfy chairs . Staff were pleasant . The breakfast room was very large so never got too crowded . The air conditioning was wonderful and easily controlled so a great night’s sleep .

The rooms are very acoustic, you can hear the voices from other rooms and also the noise from the street. This is the only thing I did not like. Maybe, the hotel could so sth about it.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, super nice and dilligent. The localisation is great, next to the Presidential Palace :). It is close to all touristic places, very convenient.

Our room was on the side where there seemed to be a club/bar downstairs. So at night you could hear the the low bass of the music come through.

Breakfast had a lot of options to choose. The room was much larger than expected. The location was very central.

The breakfast is very varied and tasty, and the kitchen staff is also very friendly. When I asked for breakfast in the room, the girls also brought a wonderful breakfast to the room. Very friendly administration and cleaning staff. Very caring and warm attitude. For example, when I needed ice after a knee injury, they brought it right away, and it lasted for several days. It was also possible to print work documents - just downstairs in the hall.

Our stay was great. We had the most economic room and it was big, nice and clean. We used the spa, and for 15€ per room and day, it is a good option to spend a relaxing afternoon. The location was also amazing, only a few minutes walking distance from the main spots on the city center. I would go back to this hotel if I ever went to Vilnius.
