Would be nice to have milk to go with the coffee/tea station. There are no apps on the tv, with only 3 English speaking channels. The tv had the option to do mirror screen but it was not working. Light system is a bit strange, especially in the bathroom (there was no switch but the light is motion activated, so it turns itself off while you’re showing so you need to leave the shows and move in front of the sensor).

Great location (right in the middle of the old town, with key sights, restaurants and bars within walking distance). Easy to reach by cab from the airport (it is in a zone where cars are allowed to enter). Friendly staff (there is always someone at reception). Clean room and comfortable bed. Individual/mini set of toiletries provided. Nice decor. There is a restaurant/bar attached which is convenient option to have although we did not try it.

We loved the artistic touches in this hotel, the room was very spacious and comfortable and it was in a great location, right in the centre of the old town. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the buffet breakfast exceeded expectations! We would definitely recommend staying here.

The perfume in the lobby was a bit too strong for my partner. The back of the tv hasn’t seen dusting in the longest time.

Cozy and comfortable hotel, right in the best part of Vilnius within walking distance of the main must-sees. Decoration is super original, you discover little details all the time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved my stay, 100% will recommend it to anyone who visits the city.

For me personally it was to cold in the room. The airco is central managed and the first night I couldn’t sleep really well. But when I informed the reception again the second day we could solve the problem with the heater in the room. The breakfast options could be more in total and it would be better to see if it is pork, beef or chicken and so on..

All the staff members at the reception are friendly with a smile in their face even in the early morning or late night! They offered a lot of good places to visit in Vilnius. Thanks for everything had a great time!

I only had two little things I didn’t love, and they really were small things. Firstly I found my room to be really hot. It was cold weather when I was there but each time I returned to my room it was too warm. The air conditioner resets if you’re not in the room (which is great from an environmental perspective!) but it did make for a hot room. Also my room was very small. This was acceptable for a solo traveller but would have been too small for a couple. However these are minor things and I would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

The location was fantastic. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities in the room were good. As others have pointed out, the whole place smells fabulous!

It was a bit strange that we didn't receive the receipt right after a payment when checking out. They said that it will be sent only in the afternoon, and yes it happened. But I still think that when you make a payment, you have to get a receipt right after.

Location of the hotel could not have been better, it was really great. Walking distance to all places we wanted to visit. Our room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of options to choose.
