Property gates were closed at 10pm for security reasons. Water pressure in the bath rooms are less. No intercom and TV available in the room.

It is very quite location. Very close to Polonnaruwa ancient ruins. Good road available to hotel. Friendly approach by the staff. Iron available with stand to iron the clothes. Wi-Fi facility was available. Comfortable beds spacious room worth my stay for money.

Nice staff. calm and the food is awesome and they seem like home cooked. Soo tasty. Family owned hotel and they are really nice to their guests and flexible too..we had a really good time in the pool it was way more than enough for us to relax. Finally got a big value for our money. Definitely come again to this lovely place.

The owner was so so friendly and funny and made us feel very welcomed. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after an exausting day in the ancient city. The garden is really nice and I loved the avocado tree. The food is really delicious and highly recommanded. Thank you for making our stay so nice and helping us.

The hot water was hard to figure out.

The rooms were very comfortable, it was clean and it was at a great price. But above all, the hosts were amazing. The rice and curry was the best I tried in Sri Lanka, and the cooking class we had was incredible.

The lunch buffet, food variety is good, and taste could be improved. For the room, a TV can be added.

Staff is very friendly and supportive. Location is good and easily accessible to many sites around the city. Breakfast is excellent.

Very large room and bathroom, bigger than most in Sri Lanka. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff, nothing was too much trouble, even arranged bicycle rental for us. Be sure to eat dinner there to enjoy their delicious curries! They also helped us to flag down the correct bus going along the highway to our next stop! Thanks so much!

Big clean comfortable room with nice sheets and towels. No noises from Churches etc. at 4am😅. Beautiful big swimming pool. The most delicious homemade food. You are treated like family from the owners. Even I had an Ayurvedic massage and herbal bath wich I recommend highly. Even it was a big room the AC cooled down the room fast.

On booking.com the photos suggest a colourful spa: that wasn't how we experienced it. It's a good, 'normal' hotel that accomodates groups as well. Nothing bad. Just not as exceptional as the photos suggest.

Great bed. Good pool. Photos are slightly misleading (lots of light and bright colours - and we didn't have tea / coffee in the room) but other than that: great place to rest, recover, go for a swim in the pool. Bikes can be arranged. Food on site.

The place could have been much more clean, this was the most unpleasant thing about the stay. The sheets were stained and we also received some not so fresh products for breakfast. We also had a mosquito net but not all rooms have it. The host was nice, but I would suggest to improve the quality and the cleanliness for this place.
