Had minor issue with bathroom of the living rooms ( downstairs) and due to Eid break was not able to fix

Booked room 520 (2 bedroom duplex plus terrace) and was spacious enough for our 4 kids. Daily cleaning plus very helpful receptionist / concierge made us feel like home Washing machine plus microwave plus kettle plus large refrigerator eased our stay

The windows and balcony doesn't block the noise well So if you were planning to sleep past 7 am it will be annoying. Otherwise it's ok

the only thing that i didn't like that they bring the breakfast without asking you what you want exactly, the quality and quantity of the breakfast were great but just make sure to ask the guest his preference.

The location is perfect and near to many attractions, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast is also great and tasty. they just need to ask you what you want before they bring it. Overall the stay was great.

Perhaps allowing guests to choose their breakfast could enhance the experience. Unfortunately, much of the breakfast went unconsumed, and it was disheartening to see it waste. 😔

It's a minimal service place to stay. So if you are looking for amenities, this one is not for you.

It's in the heart of Hamra, so easy access to restaurants and cafes. You can access ATMs and money exchange places easily. You can get a SIM card here. So, it's a good location for starting to explore Beirut. Staff are friendly and will meet your requests. If you are looking for a place that has an apartment like feel, then this is a great option for your money.

The room window didn't close properly so the street was very loud.

The location was good close to multiple shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice but a bit dark at night. The room was nice, cozy, had blinds and was always clean.

I was really suffering from the unstable supplier of power during my stay. The power was always cut off. It was about 4-7 times per day. The power supply in Beirut is not stable. Of cause, it is not LOFT's fault.

The locaiton is very good, located in a main prospercious street. There are many resteraunts with very delicous foods. The room is very clean

Doors to outside on both rooms were broken, breakfast was mostly bread and came late most days. One day it came late again and i had to go on my tour, so I asked if they could put it in my room fridge. I came back that night and it was sitting out in the heat, dairy and everything.

Staff was great, room was large, good location.
