didnt like that there was no stove, plates, cups, spoons, But were provided when asked without any issue. Faced a problem with the jacuzzi on the first day yet it was solved the next day. the wifi wasnt working properly in my room for 2 days the connection was very weak, apparently the router needed a restart and they were unaware until i kept complaining since i couldnt finish my work (i had to sit in the lobby for internet) until they figured out the issue. Also there was an offer to pay for 3 nights and stay the fourth for free which i didnt benefit from. one employee said because i had to book for 4 nights and then the discount would have applied, and the manager said that the offer had ended so there was a conflict. They put for me a normal shampoo that doesnt foam on the first day which made me bring my own, yet they provided a very good shampoo the next days without me asking, which they should have put on the first day as well.

i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.

Absolutely everything! The manager Dimitri made everything he could to make our stay comfortable, also the girls at the Receptions. The room was spacious, amazing view, great infrastructure and very comfy beds. I strongly recommend this hotel!

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in was efficient, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. Everything about this hotel was excellent. One would only understand if they stayed there. Staff is wonderful and professional to represent the concept of hospitality. Mr. Dmetri, the manager, was so helpful and cooperative to make our stay the best. The same goes for all other staff, Arza, Sabin, Ingi,Selina, Paul, and Elias. Not to forget the owner, Mr. Michael.

Electrisity shuts down around 2 hours aday, it may happen that you have cold water under the douche in the winter season.

Nice modern hotel with a swimming pool, well sized rooms, and not too far from the city Beirut. If you ask for room make up you get a very clean room everyday! Good treatment, even the hotel manager wanders around the hotel and asks about our stay in the hotel and if we have any other wishes!

Room was not ready on time and had to wait. Bathroom had a drainage smell. We had no water, coffee and coffee mugs face and hand towels when we entered the room. Cupboard was not clean.

Staff were friendly. We had a small fruit plate cause we were upset details below.
