If you're looking for an authentic Lebanese Guest House experience, Damask Rose🌹 is the place to stay. I enjoyed my time very much as it was peaceful and relaxing. The staff is so welcoming and give wonderful service to guests. My room was very nice, spacious and clean. Their bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely hosts and a lovely stay overall, I would totally recommend staying here. Location is beautiful and quiet outside the hustle and bustle of Beirut, with easy access to the main highway which make it ideal for daily excursions around the country (provided that you have your own vehicle, which is also recommended).

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like about Damask Rose. It was a wonderful hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and amazing views. The location was perfect for exploring Lebanon and the service was impeccable.

I had a wonderful stay at Damask Rose hotel in Lebanon. The staff and team were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. The breakfast was amazing, delicious, and prepared according to your preferences with a variety of dishes, from jam and juice to eggs and foul, hummos and zaatar, olives and more. The views from the hotel were stunning, I could see the mountains and the sea from my window. The location was also great, close to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel had a relaxing and laid-back atmosphere, I felt very comfortable and relaxed there. I highly recommend Damask Rose hotel to anyone visiting Lebanon.

Beside being very comfortable, clean, quiet, artistically decorated, what I enjoyed the most was the atmosphere: I have been welcomed like a very special guest, not only by the owners, but also the staff. I found soo brilliant the sleeping system in the shared space, invented/created by the owner, Hicham: big, 100% privacy, cozy, double bed with heating in the mattress and all the small things that I needed: power sockets, hangers, shelves, lights, and window shatters for privacy and darkness. I was also so impressed by other Hicham's invention/creations, like the elctrical/power/heating system.  I like the quote: "Travel is not about places I visit but about people I meet".  I enjoyed the people I met there :-)

Great price for the room and very polite staff who will help with any question. Help with transfers to anywhere in the country and more. A very comfortable and spacious room, despite the fact that it is a shared room. I recommend!

Slow internet and frequent electricity interruptions, but that is a general problem in Lebanon, not specific to this guesthouse.

Extremely helpful host and staff, very much available to help and answer any questions, personally or via Whatsapp, also trying to adapt to your requests (I asked and received a partly "sweet" breakfast). Very cosy guesthouse with a warm, colorful design. Wonderful and elaborate breakfast.

Very internacional place with a great energy & vibe. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The owner Hicham só friendly, caring for all of his guest as it was family. Ana his Brazilian girlfriend very friendly too, so is the staff. They help with tours around the country, including guided trips to Damaskus. I arrived on the day the problems started in Israel and everything seems normal here in the beautiful city of Beyrut.

Hicham is a great host and so is anna. They made every single effort to make guests stay comfortable. Hicham ia a great ambassador of lebanon with great manners and decency that we havent seen else where.I cant find words to describe how they made a favor to my elderly mother getting her a wheel chair as hers was not functiontiong . Anna also exerted all effort to ensure her stay is comfortable . Except that we were short in time in lebanon we would have extended our stay with them. Above this joumana was a sweetheart and extreemly helpful and kind . All the family loved lebanon because of them. They make you feel you are within family .Thanks are not enough guys for all what you did😍 we loved you and we loved lebanon because of you

Everyone is very attentive and friendly, the breakfast was the best I ever had at a hostel and the place itself is just beautiful. A bit far from the main road, but therefore close to Jeita Grotto and very quiet and peaceful. I was ill during my stay, but the owners and staff took exceptional good care of me and I could recover well at their place. I really enjoyed my stay and I am very grateful to everyone.
