Wi-fi signal was weak. No cable TV, only internet TV receiver which often got jammed. Address difficult to fine by Taxi drivers.

The hotel is well located,. Spacious, nicely furnished, and clean flat. Noor was very welcoming and helpful.

Had an issue with the taxi finding it so make sure you know the exact location and that the entrance is off Agrippa street. Feeling ripped off by the taxi it had me off on a bad foot and then when attending to the property they were trying to add on a 5% charge for paying by card. After explaining its not in their terms and conditions they didnt push it further…it was a blip…but they redeemed themselves by allowing a late check out with out any issue and the property was nice with a great location. One other point was the glazing was not great. So even though i was on the 8th floor the room sounded like it was beside a motorway. I think if i was to go back id stay more around Gourand street but you would not have the luxury or easy access to Zaitunay bay that these apartments provides.

It has a great location. Central to the Hamra and Mar Nicolas area. Its also a very short walk to Zaitunay Bay…which is a modern port area with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars. There is also a pool club there as well.

During my recent trip to Beirut, I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment for five days, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was simply fantastic, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. First and foremost, the location was perfect. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, it offered easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself was immaculate, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy living area. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the level of comfort provided. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Furthermore, the apartment offered stunning views of Beirut, with large windows that allowed plenty of natural light to fill the space. It was a pleasure to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Beirut. It truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and an excellent location. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful experience!"
