QatarOnce we are in the room cannot get down easily and to reach there we have to use cable car and there is 3 change of cable cars. So if going for short stay like a day or two would be good to carry a small luggage and leave the big bags in the parking lot down as we have to carry those by ourself until top to the room! Also would be great to ensure some snacks and required food items to spend the evening inside room as there is no any shop available once we reach the top! The whole trip including the cable car ride is totally worth once time experience!

OmanI understand that it’s not easy to have a restaurant available on site to accommodate for few rooms, but to have a cafe with pre-prepared snacks could be an option. Also if you could add tables and chairs out of each room for outside seating.
It’s unique location with all the luxurious facilities offered.

GermanyJust be aware that when it is windy it is loud and may be difficult to sleep. The altitude could cause some symptoms if you are susceptible as well. There was some confusion about the cable car rides. If the ticket is provided be aware that on the first day you can only eat at S.N.e.G. or syn32 and will have to convince the lift operator to let you on the cable car again because you only get a single ride ticket. The staff was accommodating and sent us an additional ticket in the end for free. I’m just mentioning this here to avoid confusion for others. Also I think the staff could have been more clear about the ticket restrictions.
Beautiful location on top of Shymbulak directly on the ski piste. The in room sauna, and all amenities were of high quality with attention to detail.

United Arab EmiratesFor the price, I'd have expected wine glasses (not paper cups). I think the breakfast could have been a bit better - service was slow and they didn't have everything we asked for. Also i think the instructions on getting there could have been a bit clearer - like you need to get to the cable cars by early afternoon (i'd say by 1.30pm to give you enough time to get up).
Amazing unique place - literally on top of the mountain. It was very magical and had awesome views.

United Arab EmiratesWe found some potentially used socks in the cupboard. We found some dry rose petals under the bed, I did consider gifting them to that person that I mentioned previously but that’s also a side note. I gotta stop with these side notes. I am sorry I kind wasted your time)
The view hits different. Especially when you wake right next to that person that prevents you from sleeping because their body is too hot, but, that’s a side note. Now back to the review. The room is very warm, even too warm I’d say. You can turn off the heating by yourself. The bed is very comfortable and the sauna is also pretty reasonable for the size of the room. It’s right next to the slope and you could genuinely ski-in. Great staff and overall a good time. Food is solid too. Still important to have that person that I talked about in the beginning.

The location of the place is amazing. The staff especially Sabit are very helpful, friendly and he is an amazing host. We forgot some of our things at the hotel during checkout and we contacted Sabit and he brought things to our place in two days when he was in the city. Thank you!
