We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cozy clean rooms, comfortable shower, good location - 10 to 15 minutes walk to Aktau Rock Trail, one of the major tourist attractions of the city on the shore of Caspian Sea. Highly recommended.

United KingdomI think it would be useful if all reception staff spoke at least some English. I asked for a quiet room but it was on the busy road which a bit noisy at times.
location was great and staff were very helpful. The room was good. Railya in the restaurant at breakfast was exceptional in her service and all her staff are very helpful and very professional. She even helped me to organise a train ticket, along with the girl at reception.

GreeceThere is a food smell on the 6th floor of the hotel. Apparently there is somehow interconnection with restaurant air ventilation system. Need very serious upgrade of the food quality and variety. Breakfast quality and variety is poor.

RussiaWhen I ordered omelette first day, they took like 30 minutes to cook it. I couldn't wait more and left. And that itself is not a problem. Actual problem is when staff started gaslighting me, that it is my fault, and I didn't wait enough (they literally said me that I didn't wait 5 minutes, though I sat half an hour there). Finally they brought my omelette to my room. I would really prefer if they apologized or just ignored the situation. Gaslighting is the worst strategy to speak to clients. Also internet was slow.

Briefly, the hotel is located in the city centre. I like everything at the property since checked in. There are amazing rooms, nice and friendly staff, and the high-quality of service. The Front Desk team is so nice and helpful, especially Yulia, Aliya, Dariya and Madina. They are the credit of the business.

The front desk receptionist was really nice and efficient. The room was ready early and I was able to check in ahead of schedule. The room was clean and they provided a large bottle of drinking water. A bathrobe and slippers were available for use. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. The hotel is located right in the middle of old town. You can easily walk to see the Caspian sea, go shopping, or find places to eat.
