Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe beach was eroded from obvious weather conditions out of any one’s control but a few minutes north had beautiful beaches. So not much about the hotel that we didn’t like.
Overall stay was great! My expectations were exceeded. Jaime at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! I was celebrating my birthday with friends and feel like we chose the perfect hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean! The breakfast was great! The location was great as the hotel shuttle was able to take us to local areas close by and seven mile beach. Taxis were easy to catch in this area when needed. We rented the bikes in the morning and rode around the neighborhood which was totally safe. The pool was small but very cute and picture worthy. Our room was attended to daily, beds were re-made, towels replaced. The night before checkout, Jaime called us to set up taxis to the airport which was very helpful. Would def recommend this hotel to others and rebook again!

South AfricaThe one day, we received a knock on the door, and it was pest control. I'm glad I was in the room at the time to know they were coming and be available to pack away any food that wasn't packed away. I think guests should be made aware before something like pest control sprays in the rooms. We had food in the room, we have young kids and I'm asthmatic. Before spraying chemicals, guests should be made aware. They only seemed to have a single person at the reception desk at a given time which meant there were long queues. I sent a few messages via the Booking.com messaging system and didn't receive any replies. We found the pool bar very expensive, and ended up buying groceries at the local store and keeping them in our bedroom fridge which worked well.
Our room was amazing. It was large and very spacious. it had a dining area, fridge and microwave. The location is great for restaurants, but is a bit far from the nice beaches - the hotel provides a shuttle as part of the resort fee which is awesome! So we used that a lot. Breakfast was lovely each morning, especially the breakfast staff. Martin is amazing. The pool area is beautiful.

BarbadosThe corridor outside the lift on the fourth (4th) floor smelt. Please vary the breakfast! Incidentally, I spent the night of October 04th at Doubletree by Hilton in Puerto Rico. It was the exact same breakfast as at Hampton Inn! 😱

Everything was spectacular! Nothing like staying at a place where you can go back to your room and rest from a long day out. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Top notch service. From the front desk staff (Shanti et al), to the shuttle van drivers (Roque 5+ stars to him and everyone else), to the kitchen staff, to Dana our housekeeper and the rest of their team! You have got to stay here! Look no further. You feel like you're at a 5 star hotel!
