The shower is kind of small and the water was just warm enough to take a shower.

Great location, amazing view from the rooftop. Very friendly and helpful staff. The mattress is nice and comfortable. The restaurant isn't cheap, but the food tastes good and the portions are big.

I wish the pool had been open as the weather was perfect for it. I also wish the TV in the room was a bit more modern and it had more channels. I checked in early and it was a bit expensive to do so.

Lovely, kind and helpful staff. Excellent location, clean and the food at the restaurant was delicious! My favourite part was the rooftop, I could have spent hours sitting there just enjoying the view. Overall this hotel is excellent and I'd stay here again.

The interiors are a little dated and the bathroom is extremely small, and a lower level of comfort than expected. Best to book taxis who are aware of accessing the hotel car park (and can find it), walk or take public bus as the main road outside is a no stop/pick up point for taxis you flag down, as it is essentially a dual carriageway.

I love the location for access to local shopping, entertainment facilities, food and Kuwaiti cultural hubs.

We had noisy neighbors one night. Not the fault of the hotel, but it did detract from our stay. In hindsight, we should have reported the problem to the front desk.

Friendly staff who allowed us both early check in and late checkout. Definitely recommend this hotel.

went to have dinner on the 22 floor restaurant and was upset with the experience. the food was vey expensive and the quality of the food wasn't good at all. suggest to avoid it.

Nice hotel , basic and does the job.. the main reason i stay there when on business trips is because of the big value for money. easy free car park on premises, and good location.

The bathroom is a bit small and there are no effective reading lights.

I liked quite everything: the location in the center of the skyscrapers, the lobby hall, the luxury breakfast room with an incredible choice of food, the roof terrace with panoramic views to the skyscrapers (don't miss to visit with and after sunset); I had room 905, bright with three windows and fantastic views, the comfortable bed.

This is completely beyond the control of the hotel, but there is a huge electronic advertising sign across the street, about 80' long that is on all night long. If your curtains don't close fully, it will light up your room like an 80's disco. Perhaps a room on the opposite side of the building would be better.

We selected the Ramada because of the location and brand familiarity. The check in was quick, they moved us to a higher floor to enjoy the view and the room suited the needs. Staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. There are several grocery stores nearby as well as coffee shops. The sights we wanted to see were a short cab ride away. Front desk staff were quick to arrange taxis appropriate to the size of our group.

The air diffuser is very strong in the reception and elevators. I got headaches because of it and many people cant stand strong scents and are allergic to it.
