The car park not near the hotel, you should inform the valet to get your car at least 10 minutes before. The toilet very small but acceptable.

Room was dirty. Especially the carpet on the floor.. No facilities in the hotel. A Mosque next doors gives free wake-up calls starting at 4.30am, which non-believers might find disturbing.

The bathroom was disaster. Even we told that the shower door didn’t close and the water didn’t pour evenly, they did nothing. There is no hanger in the bathroom, you put your clothes and towels on closet or by the sink. They didn’t clean our room during our 2 days stay, yes we didn’t ask for it but we stayed another 4 star hotel and the house keepers cleaned and supplied clean towels and shampoo and shower gel pretty well without asking for it! This hotel deserves 3 stars not 4. If you are coming for sea and beach you are advised to hire a room near to Salmiya beach.

A little bit of waiting, not significant when we asked for something from the room, but that was not much

Very good Cooperation of staff and manager/reception folks as well. First, they faciliated me by giving me room 7 hours earlier than the check in time, as I reached there at 6 AM itself and also on the last day, knowing that my flight was late in the evening, they allowed me to be comfortable in the room itself as outside the temperature was around 47 degree centigrate, good cooperation by them in understanding the customers practical difficulty. Expecially the young manager Ibrahim was very cooperative and gentle.

There was no breakfast available as the restaurant was under maintenance’s. Not happy with parking as they take long time to bring the car because the parking area is far.

Some facilities, especially in the bathroom, are a bit out of date and need repairs. The room was advertised with included breakfast and dinner, however upon arrival we were told there is no restaurant in the hotel.

The breakfast was very poor and prepared very late. They told me at 7:30 The breakfast will be served, and I was there but most of breakfast food came around 8:10 am. Also, my reservation said free WiFi, but during my stay I didn’t have any WiFi connection in my room and outside my room as well. I complained about it but the reception guys were unhelpful in this issue. There is no swimming pool nether gum in this hotel.
