Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KuwaitI think the hotel should do some remodeling the furniture is very old almost looking cheap for a 5 star hotel. Also they should take care more of the details we book for couple and there was only one towel and no bathrobe. Also no paper or pen. We are not allowed to bring food in hotel and restaurants in hotel close at 8. So we starve after or had to go out.Hotel over priced for service

Kuwaitthe level of cleanliness is down!! there is hair all over the toilet when checked in ! bathroom in desperate need for proper cleaning.. utilities are old and they broken down easily (leaking in the bathroom, leaking in the washing machine and broken microwave) however upon calling the maintenance will come fast !

KuwaitThe 3 bedroom unit was not cleaned when we moved in. During Covid time we expected much more care about cleaning. The air condition was not effective, I informed them, but nothing happened. The staff reply is very slow, if they pick up the phone. Not satisfied at all.

KuwaitThe complementary free drinking water in the rooms should be more. The pillows are so soft and not comfortable. The lobby is so boring and poor. The hotel staff should put more control at the pool to prevent dangerous accidents related to jumping and diving in the pool and to prevent women harassment by some impolite guests.
Clean well maintained hotel. Big rooms. Bathrooms in the rooms are beautiful. Nice room facilities. Beautiful main swimming pool with nice design. Very helpful staff. Mr. Arafat in the reception made the check-in and out exceptionally easy. The breakfast is great and the restaurant staff are vey helpful and extremely friendly. They were literally reading our minds and helping and offering without asking. Wonderful vibes at the restaurant open-air area in the evening with live music and light decorations.
