Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel and the furniture in the rooms are a bit dated. However, it's very well maintained and doesn't exactly come under the purview of 'didn't like'.
Excellent centralised location with easy access to anywhere across Kuwait. Located in quiet neighborhood with sea facing corniche in walkable distance. Grocery and all convenience stores close by. Hotel has many restaurants and Starbucks is also served. Great buffet breakfast and amazing people all across!! Quiet rooms. Sleep quality of beds is great. Air conditioning is extremely quiet. Decent amenities in the room. What makes it special is the blend of all the right things with people at the top of the list. Will definitely return again!

Saudi Arabiathere isn’t enough sitting and waiting area in the lobby for guests to wait for visitors or relax a bit. the lobby has been turned into coffee shops whose restricted spaces remain in occupied most of the time.I was not happy (being an elderly) to keep standing in the lobby waiting for relatives to pick me up. All three couches in the lobby have already been occupied by other guests or others. Also wash sink in room 725 needs drain repair or unclogging .
