it is a bit far from the main touristic attractions. You will need to take a taxi for 15-20 minutes that cost 10 - 15 euros.

Excellent value for money. Staff perfect and friendly very good breakfast free pick up at the airport (go and back) even when i arrived at 4,00 AM room is confortable and the bed too

There was a misunderstanding with my pick-up at the airport. I arrived at the airport and I didn't see anyone so I had to take a taxi, The hotel driver called me on Whatsapp but I didn't have Internet and I didn't see his call. Perhaps they should consider that some travelers don't have Internet connection and resort to the old-fashioned but effective sign with the hotel name written. Although the room looks fantastic, the finishings of construction around the shower faucet and toilet were bad, like there was a hole in the wall. The mattress has an inclination. Perhaps an additional seat would be useful so that people don't sit on the edge of the mattress and modify its shape with time.

Spacious room and toilet. Amazing views from my room. Hearty breakfast served in the room because it was Ramadan. Wifi worked well. Quiet room. There is a shuttle to the airport included in the price of your room. Located in a nice area, close to the Scientific Center and about 2 km from Marina Beach.

A bit far away from city center if not driving. Room furniture and bathroom could do with some upgrade. No swimming pool although advertised in their leaflet.

Spacious room with pretty large windows offer good views over the city. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room due to Ramadan. Receptionist was super friendly. Free airport taxi. Bus stop with direct lines to city center. Some good malls and Scientific center in walking distance.

Only I didn't like the suhoor buffet as there was very limited option and no milk at all, even for tea.

It was super clean, and the receptionist was so polite and kind. Wish i knew his name to thank him, but his level of understanding and corporation was brilliant. The room was super tidy, too.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, true hospitality. They offered free pick up and drop off from the airport. The room looked exactly the same as photo. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and during my stay it was delivered to the room due to Ramadan. Considered the quality offered the hotel is great value. The location in Salmiya is a little bit far from the city, but I think this area itself is interesting to explore and there are a lot of restaurant and shopping options. It’s also easy to go to the center with very frequent bus connections.

No gym, yet. The lefts were not connected to each other (you have to press the button for each one separately). The breakfast need more variety.

It's brand new hotel , but it's not fully ready yet. The location is perfect. And once it's ready I think it will be very good place.

The hotel is still new and they are working on providing the gym facility and the swimming pool. There is nothing else I can think of improvement.

Very clean overall and bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and polite including those in the breakfast area, reception and overall. The breakfast was served with respect, smile and a huge variety of tasty food. Location of the breakfast area was very nice with views outside buildings and the sea. The room was fairly good size with all the necessary facilities and was cleaned daily. The hotel provided a free pick and drop from the airport and the drivers were very helpful and polite. I had an incident where I forget my belongings at the reception and the receptionist went beyond his limits to help me out to ensure I get my belongings back. I'm very thankful to him.

Most of Asian we prepared to take pictures and look for beautiful scene especially at night, so it is best to have a small table w/ two chairs facing on the window. We are also have a habits of taking coffee or having snacks.

Real Talk, the variety of menu is thrifty moderate food plan cost, we don't care to pay extra kd more for foods as long as satisfying and palatable. Instead of corn&mushroom, & some dense bread or fluffy better to put slice turkey ham. But don't you ever remove croissant or slice bread.
