The facility needs to invest in two golf carts with baggage carts to take customers up the hill to their rooms since the hilly roadway might be a challenge to some

Great location, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is old style so are the rooms and facilities. The room was spacious and had nice view. The hotel restaurant serves good food but there are many bars and restaurants along the beach within walking distance as well.

Not slways warm wayer in the shower, but that is tyoican on Carobean Islands, not a big thing.

We have stayed a Timothy Beach a couple of times before and have to commend the attached independently run restaurant. The food is excellent now which wasn't always the case in the past.

The room door made a rattling sound every time the wind blew. It sounded like someone was breaking in.

The sanitary facilities in the rooms need renovation. The rooms were never cleaned during my four day stay. The receptionist did not help with the suitcase, even though you have to climb stairs. Positive is the staff in the restaurant, who try very hard. Also positive: when I requested a room change, the price was adjusted downwards without asking, so for that reason it was still an 8.

The complex itself is beautifully situated on the beach. But, also close to the entertainment center The Strip. and that causes a lot of noise, especially on weekends. This means that a room on the sea side is not recommended.

The location. Frigate Bay is not the nicest side of the island, you’ll need car to mkve around.

I have no Dislikes of Timothy Beach Getting there and back - Miami Airport is a NIGHTMARE - Disorganized chaos. many people missing flights around us, because the too few Baggage scanners were hopelessly overwelmed.

People, Place, Cost, Position- Timothy Beach is a lesser 'Resort' than Maybe Marriot or Hyatt but it is Very Clean, with good sized rooms and all with a Great Caribbean view! And Way Cheaper. Their Sunset Cafe, Food was always Very well Presented, well Cooked, Fresh and just generally nice. The Staff were all Very Helpful and accommodating

there is a bit of construction going on in the hotel next to the beach restaurant and also construction on the hillside next to the adjoining marina - so the setting not quite as nice as it might have been in the past.

we just stayed here 1 night before our flight home and it was ideal location close to the airport, right next to the beach and east to walk to numerous beach bars, restaurants and supermarket. pleasant spacious bedroom and good value compared to other local hotel options.

There was refurbishment going on so the pool and restaurant were closed though they did provide a free breakfast brought to our rooms as compensation.

The room was extremely spacious with a lovely big balcony. The furnishings were a bit dated but that wasn’t a problem. A very well stocked kitchen we were able to do our own thing. We like sitting on the balcony looking at the Caribbean sea. The staff were very lovely and helpful. We thought this was good value for money compared with some of the more expensive offerings on the island

Well they were rebuilding the swimming pool and it made a lot of noise next to the restaurant, although I understand that sometimes you have to remodel and they did give us free breakfast every morning, so I’m not complaining really.

Very good breakfast, maybe somewhat limited in selection though. Very tasty.

Location was excellent right on the beach with “the strip” a short stroll with a selection of good beach bars and restaurants.
