CanadaSmall kitchenette with no countertop area. Most disappointing was the fact that the so called beach is just a very narrow stretch of sand and rocks in front of the property with a big sign warning not to swim because of strong undertow current. In order to enjoy a swim and a nice beach, we had to go to the Caribbean side of the peninsula, approx. a 10 min walk. No big deal but still, advertising the property as being beach front without mentioning the real facts (not wide enough to lay down a beachtowel and not recommended for swimming) is false advertising and misleading.
Two king size beds with good mattresses, spacious room and nice outdoor deck close to swimming pools, a relaxing meandering pool plus a laps pool, beautiful gardens and quiet location with choice of restaurants nearby in walking distance and grocery store attached to the property.

United KingdomEvening staff were very friendly but morning staff not so friendly. Grounds were a bit unkept. Breakfast at rituals however I realised it would have worked out cheaper to have cut out the middle man and chosen a reservation without breakfast included. We were each given a 40$ coupon towards breakfast at rituals each morning. Meanwhile the hotel is charging 54$ to add breakfast onto the reservation. My advice just skip that option and walk over to rituals and pay your own money
Bedroom was just what we wanted and needed. Two double beds and very comfortable. Fridge and micowave, towels, flannels, smart tv and wifi. Shower was lovely and hot

Anguillathe hotel room was extremely far , there was no parking access near the rooms. I had to walk quite a distance to get back to the lobby / front drive. The staff were not very empathetic as it relates to some issues I had. for example, no water was running on the first night I checked in and no information was passed on prior to this. when I contacted the front desk, I was simply told “ It’s beyond our control, the Government water lines are off every night at 9:30”. I’m of the opinion that the hotel should have either advised me prior as well as they should have an independent water line during Gov down time. this is absolutely unacceptable. for a first time guest no one followed up to see if I was even okay having not being able to shower!!! Following this issue, upon checkout I was told that my Deposit was forfeited due to makeup being on a towel. This was absolutely absurd , I advised the agent that these details were not written or mentioned and it was unacceptable. When I requested to speak to a manager about this and my water issue the manager declined and told the Front desk agent to tell me it was okay. I simply find this to be disrespectful to the highest degree.
The actual hotel room was comfortable the pool was nice.

Was not given breakfast and the price quoted at the time of the booking was totally different from the price paid at the check in.This was a shock.also I requested a one large single bed but there were two single beds The toilet had a smell and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.i got the impression that room was not swept and on Sunday the bed was not made up but hurriedly pulled sheets together.The compound had a foul Smell at times by the pool and it was not cleaned.

Antigua & BarbudaRoom is tired, needs an overhaul with some care taken. A framed picture in the bathroom has paint on the frame where somebody painted around it. The mirror was damaged. It's a typical old fashioned Holiday Inn style room.
Location is good, for 3 days it was ok. Gardens are neat and well maintained.
