Location location location - walking distance to everything you need. Simple, quiet and friendly staff - food is available when other parts of the town are quiet with not much open. Great value for money.

Simple place, good value for money; close location to harbour (for ferries to Saba/Statia as well as to Nevis) and airport and therefor great place to stay if you only have a few days on the island and want to explore it with daytrips

I could have used a blanket in the room. Breakfast was very good, but there was no fresh fruit.

If you have a lot of bags or mobility issues the stairs at the entrance might be a problem but reception can help with the bags.

These are the things I love about Seaview: Firstly; the staff, they are very friendly and willing to help with any matter you may bring to them, they always go above and beyond and put lots of love and passion into making Seaview what it is. As a lone female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and the staff really looked out for me. There is a well-stocked bar and you can take drinks out on the verandah and survey the busy street below. The rooms are clean and exactly as photographed, the bed is huge and the pillows are like marshmallows. I slept like a baby and had really good coffee in the morning. The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better, it is very close to several government offices, the post office, supermarkets, pharmacies, the ferry port, taxi ranks, and the bus terminal. You can get breakfast and lunch at Seaview and there are plenty of places to eat and a food court close by. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit.

Breakfast could be more varied. Unfortunately you will hear the loud music from the bus stop and the stores across the street. But not much the hotel can do about that.

I didn't have breakfast but it is cooked to order and looked good. Nice balcony to sit in the evening. Grocery stores very close. Great air conditioning in the room was much appreciated. Location very good and secure. Staff (I can't recall his name) was exceptional! Offered to drive me to the fast water taxi on the other side of the island when the ferry across the street was inoperable due to high wave conditions. This was above and beyond!

You can't walk to a beach (short drive), but it's convenient to pretty much everything else! Many tours pick up at the cruise port, so it's especially convenient if you do any St Kitts tour.

Very convenient location -- right across the street from cruise port and bus/ferry terminal (easy to take ferry over to Nevis). It's around the corner from a few of the major sights in the city -- can walk around town. The owner Alex is very friendly and helpful! Spacious, clean room with AC. The Inn is on the 2nd floor of a building, with a large balcony spanning the front - good place to sit and watch the city below.

An omelet for breakfast? How can you complain??? Toast and a small salad made for a fueled up morning and built anticipation for the remaining meals of the day.
