A small, very well-kept hotel with great staff. The rooms are large and very bright, with a modern design that fits well into the traditional architecture. It is worth staying here, because you still live in a residential area with kind neighbours and the trip to the centre with the Tuktuk is cheap and at the same time a nice sightseeing tour. However, the special thing about this hotel is the young manageress, who always responds to the individual needs of her guests in a friendly and courteous manner. She organised an excellent guide for us and also helped to find a good bicycle hire.

A floor wiper is necessary because it's a bit inconvenient to go to the bathroom when you have water everywhere after taking a shower.

Breakfast is delicious. The room is giant, lustrous and cosy. And the house itself is a gem! We loved every little detail. The room is very quiet.

I stayed too short in this beautiful place.

The room is not just clean but spotless, and it is bright and spacious. The staff is not just friendly but warm and genuine. I have stayed in 3 different hotels in Siem Ream, and Willam's House is the only one that I will stay again if I return to Siem Reap. The homemade dried herbs for making your own tea is gorgeous. The distance from old market (center) might be downside for some people, but it brought me tranquility and the closeness to local people's daily life.

Nothing really Location is a bit off the beaten track, but use the Grab app, and a 2$ tuk tuk will be there in minutes.

Everything. An absolute gem with the most attentive staff imaginable. Tiny, only 5 rooms and feels absolutely like a home from home.

It would be great if they had a shower screen. After taking a bath it's hard to walk to the toilet as water is all over the floor.

The facility is a house converted into a hotel. The room is pretty big and the staff is helpful and friendly.

There was nothing we didn't like!

This was our favourite place we have stayed in during 1.5 years of travelling! It completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and so attentive. The room felt like a 5 star resort. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a bed in an expensive hotel. The room was big and had all the amenities you need, big TV, fridge, tea, coffee, shower gel etc. It was cleaned very well every day and it was always spotless. I would highly highly recommend staying here. We loved it so much we extended our stay by a full week. I have to mention the staff again, because looked after us so well and always wanted to help us. Thank you all so much, we will 100% be back!

The location is just too far from any tourist attraction but with all the passapp and grab available no need to worry to go everywhere. It will cost not more than 2 dollar to the city center. Oh the price in booking.com is still not included a 10% tax. So if you want to pay with cash just remember to have more.

The staffs are all accommodating. They really engage on you so do not hesitate to talk or ask anything to them. The room is super nice, could not ask for more.

I can not even stress how good this accommodation is. The owners are lovely. The Personal they employ as well! The rooms look a lot better in reality than on the photos. Many more hotels should take an example of this accommodation. I got recommendations on where to go, but they also let you know on the Cambodian way of living. Had a blast - thank you!

Our only complaint was that being in the local village, our first room was overlooking the road and the lady opposite ran her butcher business 24/7 so we were woken up at 3am by her chopping meat and listening to the radio. We were lucky that we were able to swap to a room at the back of the property where it was quieter.

Kol, his family and staff were wonderful. You really felt welcome and they accommodated all our needs. There were bicycles to borrow and he booked us a remork to the bus station. The food was excellent, his wife made us special vegan version of her curry one evening. The rooms were really stylish and had everything we needed, plus the homemade snacks that you could buy were delicious.

-smooth communication before arrival -smiley, attentive, and professional host and staff -spacious and cozy room with abundant national light and thoughtful interior design -quiet neighborhood with a traditional market, a supermarket, and food stands within walking distance (it costs around USD 1~1.5 to the city center by tuk-tuk with APPs like PassApp and Grab)

    That our stay ends! :)

This hotel is luxury at a very fair price. It is a wonderful experience every time you enter William's Houses. It starts with a smile + cold towels and ends with a 1a+ cleaned room (pure perfection). On the roof terrace you can enjoy great breakfast to dinner. I recommend the food here. Mr Kol and his family but also the young ladies he trains as a social project are wonderful people. Mr Kol also helps a lot with planning of any kind. Also with early check in and late check out + transit you feel like a king! Thank you for this great service and experience we will be happy to come back!

Whoever is looking for a home away from home should stay at William's House. The staff and the rooms will embrace you. You will come to know the gentle and simple neighbourhood. And you contribute to a place who aims on empowering women who work there and environmental education in the surroundings. The combination between the exploration of Angkor Wat and then coming home to a wonderful place where they care for you is priceless!

    Nothing.

Being picked up from the airport by a staff member was was really unexpected and appreciated. The place, which is located outside of Siem Reap, is very stylish and modern. There was a rooftop terrace for afternoon breaks. Kol was friendly and made me feel at home. He and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had an amazing time while I was there. Everyone was friendly and eager to engage in conversation whenever possible. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. I might have spent the entire day there. Kol made sure I had everything I needed for an in-room dinner, whether it was homemade food or takeout. I can't express how wonderful my stay was enough, and I'd definitely go back again.

The secondary road to William's Houses, very near to the main National 6 Road, was under construction therefore hard to reach or not accessible to a mini-van. Nothing to do with the Hotel and it will be done soon!

The kindness of the owner, Mr. Kol, and staff, the attention to details of the moment while anticipating needs and wants of the guest always with a smile, with humility, with a pure open heart. Aesthetically pleasing, very elegant ambience, highlighting the Art, History and local materials and textiles of Cambodia. I felt like a Queen, welcomed, honored, yet cared for like a family member in anything I needed at any point in time. At my arrival, I found beautiful lotuses to welcome me in my room and fresh fruits, and I was served tea right away (wonderful homemade ginger, lemongrass etc.). Kol personally picked me up from the airport, he made sure during my entire stay I had a tuktuk ready to take me where I needed to go, booked all my Tours, was with me even very early morning waiting to be picked up. The three gentle young girls were so attentive, greeted me with wet towels at my return, offered water or tea to me and whomever was with me, brought me my shoes...their level of service was... priceless! The Smoothie Bowl (made by Kol's wife) was...divine! Overall...Best stay EVER!!!...and I am a World Traveler!!!

Our suggestion would be to place a mosquito net over the bed to protect against the occasional mosquito that still would find its way to the room despite airco and fan. For other travellers: This is not your average hotel, if being in a training hotel and staying in an ordinary, non-touristic neighborhood (dark at night, small streets) bothers you it might not be the right place for you. If not, absolutely go!

Great place to stay. Stunning and very spacious room. Very good value for money. Owner Kol runs this place as a project to train underprivileged girls from the community and improve their future chances. The hotel is in a modest neighbourhood a bit away from the tourist center, so you get a feel for how Cambodians live. Everyone was superfriendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we wanted or needed - transport to and from the airport, planning of daytrips, advice on where to eat, splitting bills for us, glutenfree breakfast, free bikes to use. We were totally pampered. Even got some of the delicious homemade tea to bring back and the recipe for the delicous vegan breakfast bowl. You can feel that Kol's heart is in this place and in supporting his community. (Suggestion: sell the homemade teas and Cambodian coffee as souvenirs. So delicious!)

Absolutely perfect! If you would like to support a small local business and an absolutely great project, please book this accomodation! The house has only 5 rooms, so you a A GUEST and not only one of a lot guests. The "hosts-family" are so lovely! Special thanks to Kol for being such a perfect host, pick me up from the airport and join the sunset with me at your favorite place. In this house, everything is perfect. The room is wonderful, big and modern. The food is delicious - please try the breakfast-bowl! Jummy! The people living next door are friendly and you stay in the middle of the Cambodian life. I higly recommend this wonderful place where the Cambodian heart lives and you are able to join an unforgetable stay!

The only small issue is that it is located a small bit out of the main city so we wouldn't walk there but it's only a short Tuk Tuk ride away so that shouldn't put you off at all.

Williams Hotel was a gem of a find for us on our travels. we booked here due to a mix-up with another hotel about dates and we just wished that we had booked our whole stay here instead. We could not believe the quality of the hotel for the price we were paying. The room was huge and the staff were so friendly. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone.
