Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe breakfast restaurant can be improved. It need to have table setting with basic utensils at each table rather than put it on the buffet food table. Guests has to get it themselves or ask the staff for it which is not good for a 5 star standard hotel. I feel this hotel is a 5 star hotel everywhere. So restaurant standard need to 5 star too

The VM is excellent in every aspect! The staff were very kind and helpful. Sovann and Savin were exceptionally gracious hosts. It is located 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel provides free pickup and drop off. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is amazing ! The breakfast was delicious with a wide assortment of choices. We were only in Phnom Penh for one day. We took a tuk tuk to the Genocide Museum and we also visited the Russian Market. We had a late flight and the hotel allowed us to check out and relax at the pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

South KoreaNothing really. Not sure if the hotel offers tours but, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Asia. From the hotel staff, amenities, and facilities were in top shape. Keep up the great work!
The hotel is only more than one kilometer away from the airport. Staff offered us drinks upon our arrival. Thary, one of the front desk staff even escorted us all the way up to our assigned room. Mr. Savin and Mr. Jinshan were very helpful in regard with our transportation and money exchange. It is a first class service!

ThailandIf you are looking for the hotel nearby airport, this would be the best choice. If you have to travel from hotel's location to town, it's too far and traffic is very bad. It would be perfect to have a towel hanger in the bathroom.
It's new hotel, so everything is very new and clean. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. The complimentary is very good. We can eat all in the refrigerator, it's free of charge. Under this price, this kind of thing is worth the money. Pillow and bed are very good. There are some restaurant, coffee shop and supermarket nearby, very convenince.
